Paul and his staff were so confident, they patiently waited for about a year for me to shop around for the right deal. When we came to an agreement, I was able to drive right up to the front door of the dealership, throw Paul the keys to my trade-in, and begin the paperwork process of my new purchase IMMEDIATELY.
