Nice looking dealership. But they want all your money to pay for it. Don't waste your time. Gave me an insulting offer for my car and wouldn't budge on theirs. Made up a lot of excuses. pay for it. Brian was very helpful and friendly. He did a great job showing us different vechicles on the lot. He answered every question I had about the vechicle I purchased. showing us different vechicles on the lot. He answered every question I had about the vechicle I purchased. More
I have to be honest, when I started my search at Ron Bouchard's Nissan, I was pretty upset with the service that I received. I was initially partnered with a sales person who within the first five minut Bouchard's Nissan, I was pretty upset with the service that I received. I was initially partnered with a sales person who within the first five minutes had to hand us off to work with another sale that had been in earlier. I understood, but I was placed with a guy named Steven Silvera. He was terrible. He didn't even seem like he wanted to sell me a car. Or perhaps he didn't see me as someone who planned to buy. He showed us a Nissa Versa first. He opened the car, we sat in it. Just took a look at the car... he never asked if I wanted to test drive it, and didn't even tell me anything ABOUT the car. Then we went to look over at the Honda Fit, since the dealership has multiple brands, and the Honda and Nissan store are right next to each other. Because he was a Nissan/Kia salesperson he didn't know ANYTHING about the Honda. Instead of just saying "I don't know but I will find out" or getting someone who DID know and bringing them into the sale, he kept making things up and contradicting himself. We walked up to a car that I liked, and he had a key for a different color. I told him I wanted to test drive the car I walked up to, and he said "But I have a car for the silver one... it's practically the same thing." I had to tell him, "NO I want to drive this one." I had done research on the car before I showed up so I knew enough about it, and I really enjoyed driving the car. When we went back to the Nissan show room, I was pretty sure that I may want to purchase the Honda I had driven, but it would all depend on price and what the trade in value of my car was. We did a trade in value and I was given the number-- $2000.00. All of the sudden, some random guy, that I still don't know the name of, shows up, and practically starts the last 1.5 hours over again and randomly tries to get me to lease a Rouge.... I told him I didn't want to lease.... he continued to push it. I continued to tell him I did NOT want to lease I didn't care what he had to say about it. Finally once he stopped talking about leasing the Rouge, he asked me what it would take to get me to buy today. He said if he could get me 3k for my trade in, a 250$/month payment and a below 2.9% interest rate would I do it? I said I needed to talk to my mom and figure out my insurance first. Finally once we had decided we would do it the sales manager came out and told me he couldn't do that. Eventually said 259 would be the lowest he could go. We went outside and test drove the car again on the high way. We came back and Steven went to talk to the sales manager again and came back and said "The lowest we can go is 250/month" which I was happy with so I decided to fill out my credit application. At this point Steven still had not been very helpful. I asked what kind of rear breaks the car had. He said disk... i said "Oh I guess thats ok. My car has drums I was hoping I'd find one with drums." He replied, "Oh yeah it has drums it has drums." Which made me kind of uneasy. I asked if it had automatic lights, he said yes, when it didn't. When we went to fill out the credit app, he comes back and tells me that he can't put it through today because the banks are closed and they were closing. I told him that I wanted it back and I would bring it with me the next day. I asked if he would be there, he said yes. I asked how long the offer of 250/month would be good for. He said he could only guarantee until the next day. We showed up the next day right when the dealer opened. I walked in and told them who I was looking for. They said it was Stevens day off. When we were greeted by the sales manager he tried telling me the best he could do was 263/month. I was pretty upset about this because I had been ready to buy the car, and I had been told 250 by steven the day before. After a bit of confrontation, and calming down, Jason (the sales manager) and I talked a bit. I told him how upset I had been with working with Steven, and everything that had happened... that I felt like he didn't WANT me to buy the car etc. Jason was VERY helpful and got us with a certified Honda salesman named Richard Lyons. Richard is AWESOME. He was SO knowledgable and thorough. Together both Jason and Richard were able to get me the 250/month payment and an interest rate even lower than what they said (2.5%). Jason seemed concerned with me being happy with my purchase and Richard was even better at making sure I knew everything I needed to, to be happy as well. After I made the purchase, Richard remember everything he had promised (The TPMS light had needed programming and he made sure that was done asap even though I forgot), he also had me go home with the gas that had been in the car and when I came back for my inspection made sure I got a free full tank of gas. He made sure my cargo cover (that we purchased as an accessory) was installed, and walked me through EVERYTHING from setting up my iPhone on the iPod cable in the car, to setting the clock, to how the seats fold up and down. He also walked me through what I would do when I came in for service at the dealership and made sure I knew where to go and what to ask for. I will definitely do work again with Richard, and Jason. I just advise that if you get stuck with Steven to ask for another salesperson. He was absolutely terrible. But definitely go to Richard, he was awesommmme. We may be purchasing a Honda within the next few months and will make sure to do work with him. Also we worked with a lady from the internet sales named Anna... and she was great too. Super friendly. And don't be afraid if you are having crappy sales service to ask for someone new. I wish I had the day before because I think it would have changed the whole experience. Soooo happy with my purchase... hopefully over the next 5 years (the length of my warranty) I will be just as happy as I am today. :) More
After going and looking at used and new Toyota Tacoma's I went on line and searched for other vehicals! I was notified by Ron Bouchard's Nissan and set up an appointment for 4pm. That's when I met Bob Brache went on line and searched for other vehicals! I was notified by Ron Bouchard's Nissan and set up an appointment for 4pm. That's when I met Bob Brachel, he was very helpful and showed me a new 2011 nissan frontier. He explaned all the differant options and the differances between the frontier and the tacoma. After going for a test drive and sitting down to do the numbers for my trade and rebates and telling him about my budjet we worked out a number I could afford! After telling Bob I needed to talk to my wife first He said no problem and to call him if I made a decission. I have bought six new vehicals in my 55 years and must say that with Bob there was no pressure or gimmicks! By far he was the best sales manager that I have met! I have recommend to my co-workers and friends that if they are looking for a new car or truck to see Bob at Ron Bouchard's Nissan he was great to work with compared to the other 5 sales persons I had met before I met him! Went in on 12/09/10 for a noise diagnosis from the engine Nissan Altima 3.5SE 2006. I informed them that I had just returned to the area and needed to find a good dealer to perform service. While in the ba Nissan Altima 3.5SE 2006. I informed them that I had just returned to the area and needed to find a good dealer to perform service. While in the bay I noticed I had a low rear tire, subsequently saw a nail in the tread. They said no problem $15 for repair. I authorized 1/2hr for diagnosis of noise and added tire repair as well as checking pressures. I went to check the lot for potential new vehicles. While outside I heard the car (the noise is that distinct) and then saw it take off up the road at my est of 40-45mph (speed limit is 25 - thickly settled) this was on the low tire as well. I turned and headed back to the service area to ask what the xxxx they were doing and saw the car come back into the lot and I decided I would ask the tech if he even knew about the tire. They were more concerned about me being in the service area that any problems I had seen. So I walk up to the new nissan area and look at some new 'taller' vehicles, the roads are rough and the car drags from time to time. I had a salesman (forget the name) come out and wanted to know if I wanted a test drive or to know about any great offers they had. I said no, I would never buy a car their based on what I had just seen in their service area. He said there was nothing he could do but to tell the service manager - I'll call tomorrow. So I get the car back after one hour and twenty minutes, bad timing chain $1440; tire it fine no leaks the nail didn't penetrate but we dismounted and cleaned the rim and put a new valve stem in. Asked if I wanted to sked a timing chain repair - NO, are you nuts was the look he got back, he also asked if I wanted a car wash - it's going to be 4 degrees tonight, great idea.....I declined. I go out to get the car and notice all the dirt and grease he took off the mating surface was nicely applied to surface of the wheel - what a mess. In fairness only got billed the $45 for the diagnosis. I'll check the tire tomorrow AM and see if it gets low again with no hole, as for the timing chain I'll bring it to Keene, Nashua, or the local guy if he can do it. I specified a potential new customer, and I get treated like this? Also it has been my experience if you can't see the service bays, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've driven 750,000 miles in the past 15 years and know what auto service is and isn't. More
Upon meeting sales rep. Bob Brachel we said to him, "We have been to several dealers and looked at many vehicles, now tell us why we should consider this Nissan Frontier?". Bob proceded to walk us through have been to several dealers and looked at many vehicles, now tell us why we should consider this Nissan Frontier?". Bob proceded to walk us through all the feature of the truck and suggested we take it for a ride. Then Jason Testagrossa set out to find us exactly the truck we wanted. We now are the proud owners of a new Nissan Frontier. At Ron Bouchard's we were treated honestly, fairly, and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. The customers needs really do come first. I would recommend Bob and Jason if you are considering a new Nissan, and Ron Bouchard's Auto Store will be our first stop when purchasing our next vehicle. This dealer would not stand up for what was promised. We even signed all the necessary papers. Next receiving a call that the deal would not be acceptable. We were to come up with substantially more money even signed all the necessary papers. Next receiving a call that the deal would not be acceptable. We were to come up with substantially more money. This all happened with their miscommunication between the service department and sales department heads. One said "informed with all the details" and the other said "the critical information was not given". John would not honor what we did (signing) in good faith the night before. We were stunned with their poor business practice of not standing behind their word or their mistakes. Needless to say we were disappointed and angry with the way we were treated. We have done business with them for two decades especially with prior purchases and services. We have been quite pleased with their service department. But sales should be as good as the service department. We will look for a different dealer to do our future business with even if we have to drive further. More
