I would like to say thank you to John Freeman, Duane Daye and Mike Giguere for making my first car buying experience simple and stress free. All of the employees I dealt with listened to exactly what I wanted to pay and what I was looking for in a car. They helped me find the perfect car at a great price. They also worked around my busy schedule and even came in when they weren't scheduled just to accommodate me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be reccomending them to everyone I know! More

Jon Freeman was great to work with he listened to me the consumer and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I also enjoyed all the others I met and worked with. Mike the finance guy, Duane, and Peter wh consumer and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I also enjoyed all the others I met and worked with. Mike the finance guy, Duane, and Peter who got me into the car the day I picked it up were also great even though I was on a time constraint they worked with me to get me out on time! So far Im loving my new Altima!!! More
I really love the Cube model. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Ryan and Mr. Giguere (finance manager). The process was very quick and efficient. I was impressed how little I had to do whi and helpful especially Ryan and Mr. Giguere (finance manager). The process was very quick and efficient. I was impressed how little I had to do while the staff did all the running around for me. I had only 2 things to do. I had to obtain the fax number from my insurance company for Ryan and watch TV while all the magic happened behind the scenes. I did not trade my older car in and Ryan drove to my house while I drove my old car to just drop it off. That way I was able to drive away in my new Cube without the worry of having a friend come to help me leave with both cars. That is just superior service excellence and I was impressed. The education of how the bells and whistles worked in my new Cube proved very helpful once I took ownership and drove off the lot. I certainly did not catch the names of all the employees working with other customers that day, but I will say that the service excellence was very obvious both in the show room and with the service area where I was watching TV. That is just how this Nissan dealership operates with smiling, warm, knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. It was rather busy with employees bustling around the showroom and service area yet no one was waiting. The employees were engaged with all the customers. The most important part of this experience was the honest communication between myself and Ryan and Mr. Giguere. Mr. Giguere found me a favorable rate for the loan. I appreciated that very much. Ryan said give me 5 minutes to do this task and in less than 5 minutes he returned. He even thanked me for my patience. His efficiency and keeping his promise did not go unnoticed. The overall experience was very positive for me. I did help myself to something to drink and used the facilities while waiting, both of which we very well maintained. I believe in something I refer to a MOMENT OF TRUTH. It is any point when a customer forms an opinion about the product or service. The MOT - moment of truth was extremely positive. I too work in a service industry and can tell you that Ron Bouchard's Nissan is doing all things right. Thank you Ryan for helping me find a great car and for the great professional service. I can't wait to tell everyone I know about my new car and the experience of purchasing it. Well done !! More

I have been looking for a white nissan maxima sv for a long time now that was fully loaded that was reasonably priced. I traveled an hour to get here and it was worth the trip. I can honestly say that this was the best dealership I have ever dealt with, they were honest and willing to work with you and were not just trying to make a quick buck. I would definitely go back there if I were ever to buy another nissan in the future. I absolutely love my car!!!! More
Went in for Oil change per lease agreement for my 2012 Nissan Rogue. Two days later I brought my vehicle for inspection sticker that was due to service station near my home. I was called into bay area and showed that windshield washer fluid was bone dry and hadn't been filled much less topped off. Then was presented with a dirty oil filter. I had to pay for another oil change even though Ron Bouchard Nissan was supposed to do the service two days earlier. Manager Al was rude and basically told me had to be wrong although I have clear proof. Do not trust RON BOUCHARD Nissan in Lancaster, Mass . The sales experience was awful too. Nice looking dealership but they make you pay top rates and the treatment is horrible. More
