I felt that Adrian was working very hard to find a vehicle that would be in my best interest. He understood that I was on a limited budget and needed a vehicle that would be in my parameters. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to go to the Registry of Motor Vehicles or notify my insurance. Adrian took care of all of that and I am very grateful. Last but by no means, Adrian is just a nice person. Mike Giguere answered any questions I had and explained what each document was that I was signing. He too, is a very nice person. Ron Bouchard's is fortunate to have these two gentlemen as employees. It is not always easy working with public! More

I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle and Paul worked with Duane to find just the car I was looking for at a price I could afford. Everyone was courteous, professional and went above and beyond to make my new vehicle purchase an excellent experience. My German Shepherd pup Kramer was welcomed and he felt right at home even laying on his back for belly rubs - coming from a GSD - that's an excellent endorsement! More
We were greeted by friendly staff from the moment we walked into the dealership. Our salesmen Peter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made our car buying experience very stress free. This is the second car that I have bought with Ron Bourchard's and I have sent a few people over to them because of the experience that I have had with their service department. They have always been Bourchard's and I have sent a few people over to them because of the experience that I have had with their service department. They have always been very upfornt and honest with me and not being a car guy myself, I really value that. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Nissan!!! More
Buyer Beware!!! My father–n-law bought a car and asked if the car had keyless entry and was told it did. But what they didn't tell him is that they didn't have it. They had him sign papers for the car tha if the car had keyless entry and was told it did. But what they didn't tell him is that they didn't have it. They had him sign papers for the car that night and he came back the next day and left a $1000 deposit. He did not haggle the price but did buy the extended warranty for the extra $2000. Because he thought he was being treated fairly. So when he picked up the car and noticed they did not give him the keyless entry device. He asked for them and they told him they didn't have them and he would have to come back and talk to a manager. So he went back the third day and after 30 min of back and forth they refused to do anything for him. They could have taken the cost of replacing it off the price of the car or just ordered him a new one but they refused to do anything at all. My father-n-law is a retired disabled veteran and very penny counts these days. So to him this was a big deal the extra $100 would have been a big part of his budget. When I buy something I expect it to be what I paid for, there was a time when customer service meant something not just a friendly smile and a shiny new show room. I expect that you do your job at the highest level that you give the best experience possible. So if you over looked something even something small like a keyless entry device that you do right about it. Someone might say “hey you didn't ask” but that to me is just an excuse for poor service and used by those who would rather take advantage of the old the young and the honest. My father-n-law expected a great experience from a company with the name of Ron Bouchard's. But maybe there success came from taking advantage of the trusting and honest. Maybe the shiny new show room is there to blind the elderly and to take their eyes off the bottom line. Maybe the friendly smile is there to charm you while they put their hands in your pocket and take what little the retired still have. To me the $100 wasn’t the real issue it was the lack of cooperation the lack of empathy and the distrust that they put in me and my family. I’m not saying my father-n-law should have gotten better treatment because he is a retired disabled veteran but if that’s the way they decided to do business with him imagine the deals their making the regular Joe. Buyer Beware!! More

I was in a car accident and Bill McGuinnes and his team got me back into a vehicle. They had me back in a car within 24 hours and had taken care of everything. They were friendly and polite!! Friendly,knowledgeable service. Duane was very helpful to our entire family. Also happy with warranty and sales service. My 13 was hungry while we were waiting and Duane got him some pizza!
