The deal was so good that the following Monday, I went down in person with my trade and was greeted by salesman RICH LYONS. Both Chuck Haddad and Rich Lyons could not have been any more professional, honest and trustworthy. None of the parameters that Chuck Haddad and I set up 3 days prior had changed a wink. (Just as a side note, I have been dealing with Glick Nissan the past 7 years (3 leases and 1 brand new purchase, not to mention the 14 other vehicles leased or purchased from my entire family over an 8 year period) and only have 2 words to say about Glick Nissan ... "STAY AWAY". Ever since Glick lost Fernando, they have become the most dishonest and untrustworthy dealership I've ever been associated with in my entire life of buying/leasing vehicles. When Fernando left, they chose not honor his word or promise to me ... to be continued.) Getting back to Ron Bouchards Nissan, I sat down with both Chuck Haddad and Rich Lyons in the office and as we spoke, they made me feel as if I had known them for quite some time. We eventually agreed on the deal for a new lease on a Pathfinder. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone out there for a new or used Nissan vehicle, and I highly recommend asking for and going to see CHUCK HADDAD and/or RICH LYONS. I mentioned buying used vehicles too from Ron Bouchards Nissan because I went back there 3 weeks later and was looking to trade in my 2004 SUV for a newer upgrade. Again I dealt with both Chuck Haddad and Rich Lyons and ended up purchasing a used Nissan Armada. I believe, not only I, but our entire family, have found the new place to purchase and lease vehicles. I highly recommend Ron Bouchards and talking to Chuck Haddad and Rich Lyons if you are in the market to purchase or lease a new or used vehicle ! Yes, this is as good as it gets !!! More

Although we had no expectations to purchase a car that day, Chuck Haddad made us a deal that was too good to refuse. Even though it was the day before Christmas, the service department prepped the car and delivered it in a very short time. We happily drove it home. I would recommend Ron Bouchard's if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

In October, we brought it in for the blind spot detectors not working correctly, and the GPS unit blacking out periodically. Twice, my husband drove over an hour there and over an hour back home on his days off and the service department found nothing wrong. The third time, again on his day off, he brought it in with a video I took. Then they coincidentally found the problem. They finally replaced the GPS unit, which they order from Bosch, saying it would be done between 2:30pm and 3pm. At 2:30pm my husband called for an update, and they said it wouldn't be ready until 5pm. We rescheduled the remainder of the work. On his commute home, he realized he now could not hook his phone up to this new GPS unit. The mic was broken. Also, the back up camera portion on the unit was defected. The radio was also extremely unbalanced and on level 5 sounded like level 30. They ordered a new unit, but twice we were told when it would be in, and each time it was not in. Finally, after saying we are contacting the better business bureau AND Bosch, where the new unit was coming from, the unit miraculously arrived minutes later. They replaced the defected unit and collaberated the blind spot detectors. Upon my husbands arrival back home, he realized an exterior scratch and a scratch on the steering wheel. My husband and I called to speak to a manager, and kept getting redirected to the people who were giving us the run around. We eventually got a hold of the C.O.O. Marlin Knight. We then spoke to the general sales manager Chuck Haddad who was disgustingly rude and arrogant. He had no compassion, and basically made his men sound like angels and like we were lying. He kept trying to talk over me, was interrupting me, and showed absolutely no managment profesionalism. He word for word said "we are not doing anything else for you". He was told my husband was walked around his car for an inspection, but that never happened. When I asked to see a video proving this happened, he refused and said he trusts his men and he's no longer helping us and this situation is done. He is the most ignorant "manager" and sales employee I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. More

Expert Timewasters and Dishonest Sales Force I couldn't believe it's 2014 and a car dealership is still operating on this archaic sales model. This is my experience with this 1. They advert I couldn't believe it's 2014 and a car dealership is still operating on this archaic sales model. This is my experience with this 1. They advertised in the Worcster T&G newspaper for a Versa Note Manual for $12,449 or there abouts. Great price. 2. I call up and is transferred to Gina @ Internet Sales, she tells me the automatic (S Plus) is $13,248. 3. Great. I confirm Doc fees $399, $35 inspection, and between $105 and $135 for plates, taxes etc. Doc fees are bogus but still a great price. She asks when I will be coming in. I told her in an hour and she responds with, I'll have the manager pull up the car to the front just to have it waiting for you to test. 4. I arrive in 45 minutes. Enter the dealership. They are busy. No problem. I call for Gina, left a message indicating i was waiting. No return call. I waited 30 minutes before even a salesperson decides to approach me. During that time, I made eye-contact with the General manager in his beautiful glass house of an office but he is apparently the kind of manager that doesn't interact with potential customers. 5. Finally Patrick approaches me and hands me off to a newbie sales guy. 6. Awesome. Finally maybe we test drive and can close the deal. 7. After test driving, I decide I need power windows. That would mean an upgrade to the SV version which at MRSP is $750 dollars more than the S Plus. So they tell me they have to "walk the lot" to figure out what they have. That's hilarious, in this day and age you have to walk the lot to figure out your inventory? At best, something's seriously wrong, at worst, another really stupid time-wasting trickery dealership. 8. Since they only had one SV in stock and it was a 2015. Patrick then has the nerve to tell me 2014 and 2015 SV vehicles are priced the same. Imagine that bold face lie. How mentally challenged must you be to buy into that notion. I called his bluff and said, ok, if that's the case, the difference between the S Plus and SV is $750, I'll give you $14K for the vehicle. 9. Makes me wait another 30 minutes while he goes get his Sales Manager. 10. I begin to walk out the door knowing they are just time-wasting. Patrick rushes over and asks me to sit b/c the sales manager is "coming" soon. I asked, who is your sales manager?" He points to a guy (I assume David) who is 5 feet away talking to another customer. Fine. I tell Patrick, I'll give him a minute. 11. David finishes talking to the customer, proceeds to walk past me and out the side door. I leave. Ask I'm driving out, David is out hanging by the cars, shooting the breeze with an employee. All this transpired over 3 hours. Quite an amazingly experience, circa 2008. Funny thing, I've always had high regards for Ron Bouchard, their Acura store has served me very, very well. I guess when you move downmarket, your expectations must also adjust accordingly. More
