I understand the car was picked up, filled with gas, and got a detail, but it was after 2 months of being given false information and not getting call backs. It was appreciated that an employee made the commute out here, however it wasn't based on goodwill. It was based on the fact that my husband and I refused to drive it out there again for the same issues, with fear of getting no results. Also, during the "full" detail, is when the scratches occurred. When my husband called to complain about the scratches, one of which was on the steering wheel, he was told "well we didn't touch your steering wheel". So, how is that a full detail, if certain interior parts weren't touched? He was informed that the exterior scratches were "already there", as well. Also, as I stated in my phone conversation with Chuck Haddad, when a person signs something without reading the details, I understand it is then that persons responsibility to own what they signed. If the paper states my husband was walked around the vehicle, his signatures states he agrees. However, he was not walked around his vehicle. He was walked TO his vehicle, then the employee said he had to go and walked away. Regardless, we are hopeful that the he-said, she-said will end and the issues can officially be resolved upon my husband's appointment next week to get an estimate on the scratches, that Jim Kane so kindly scheduled for us.

That is not typically how we handle things here, and suspect your previous experiences with our Acura store and more characteristic of the way we do business. We always try to be up front about our pricing and vehicle availability. Our sales department was going through some staff changes at that point, and apologize that this affected your shopping experience. We always try to employ a team that is engaging and proactive with our clients. The manager you spoke about is no longer with us, and we now have a pleasant, experienced Sales Manager named Chuck. We did have a number of freshly hired Sales Consultants at that time. Our sales team have gone through training programs both internally and with Nissan to become certified consultants. While our explanation does not make up for your experience, we hope that you will be open to giving us another chance in the future.
