I had the good fortune to me Gina Selak, and truly just had fun transacting a deal! She was knowledgeable, professional, very authentic, and very transparent about pricing, trade-in $$, and worked with me/my budget. Gina and her team of Tims'", really made the entire experience a pleasure and I will recommend Gina and this dealership to anyone who might ask me...I have seen other reviews that say buying at this dealership was the best experience ever. Can,t say enough good things!! I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience at Kia in Lancaster dealership. I have driven a pick up for over 20 years and wanted to mo I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience at Kia in Lancaster dealership. I have driven a pick up for over 20 years and wanted to move to an SUV. I came in with my excel spread sheet of 8 vehicles I wanted to drive and not all of them were from this dealership. Afterr scaring away one salesman from next door out came Gina. I took 3 test drives, sat in 2 other vehicles and Gina was well aware I had to visit other dealerships. Regardless, she was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about every aspect about buying and leasing a vehicle... Gina was just what I needed. Long story short...I fell in love with the Kia Sorento and Gina met my price and made it happen! Thank you Gina....Best dealership ever!!! More

No pressure and both my husband and myself were able to drive several cars without any pressure or pushiness. Frank was lighthearted, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and it was easy for us to make a decision to purchase a 2016 Kia Sportage.
