The sales manager Michael made the paperwork process clear and quickly processed everything-amazingly in just one day...I chose the Kia plus in the morning, returned with a cashiers check in the afternoon, they had registered and plate was on it, prepped it, detailed it, filled it with gas, introduced us to the service manager and assistant and we drove away- again this happened all in one day! I was impressed with Matt and Michael's easy going customer service, their ability to coordinate all the pieces, and the dealerships ability to deliver more vehicle for the price than the other dealerships and more than we expected! fyi...this was part of what is called an Internet sale. I did most of my research and price comparisons online and by phone with Kia, Hyundai, and Volkswagon dealers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This saved me a huge amount time and travel and it made it possible for me to get my financing approved while I was determining my choice of make,models, features, etc. It gave me the opportunity to do bottom line exact comparisons, dealership ratings,decide whether to privately finance, or trade in a vehicle... and I could do a lot of this online and when it was convenient for me.. anytime of the day or night. I chose Ron Bouchard's Kia of Fitchburg dealership for these reasons. - Immediate reply to internet query with information and pricing via email. -Phone calls from dealership salesperson and follow up without pressure. -The test drive was long enough to get a good feel for the vehicle and for Matt to show me all the features and answer all my questions and some I did not think to ask. -Ron Bouchard of Fitchburg met and beat other dealership offers on exact vehicle comparison on a black Kia Soul. -At the last minute, just before the Purchase and Sale, I asked about the white Kia Soul plus, they had on the lot. Matt was able to offer a more than fair price. So that is what we bought and drove away just four days ago! It is awesome! This dealership is awesome! They even gave us two years of oil changes as part of the deal! And best of all they will be locating in Lancaster in 2013 - which is about 7 miles from our home. Buy Bouchard and buy from Matt! Friendly, responsive and willing to work with us, Michael and Yao took care of our every concern, were respectful of our desires and dislikes and provide the exact car we dreamed of right down to every detail. To accomplish this they willingly traded one of their own sought after vehicles with a dealership in CT and sent a driver down to get our car and drive it back the very same day. Our expectations were met in every way and we will gladly refer any of our family, friends or associates to Ron Bouchard's Kia. Thank you for a pleasant, no pressure, helpful experiance. We will recommend Ron Bouchard to our family and friends. Tony and Curtis were the best, and Kevin the manager very compassionate to our needs. The finance manager, Mr. Gimenez was also very honest and helped out tremendously with the financing. We bought the extended warranty which was crazy not to purchase and very affordable with our payment. No games at this dealership! More
I had a fantastic experience with buying a new Kia Soul! at Ron Bouchard with Noah, Terry and Todd. I knew exactly what I wanted and they were not only able to accommodate me with color and price, they wen at Ron Bouchard with Noah, Terry and Todd. I was in early enough that it was possible, but they didn't have to go the extra mile to make that happen for me and they did! Noah the salesman was charming and no pressure; I spoke with him throughout the day and I could tell he really cared about the product and his customers. Things were explained to me throughout the whole process. I was happy with both the sales and finance end of things; in fact everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and pleasant and genuinely so. Thanks to Noah, Terry and Todd for making this such a good experience; I'll be back! More
I spent five hours between the honda and kia showrooms with salesman Noah. The whole day, Noah was helpful and patient in trying to find something I loved and could afford. Unfortunately since I am a student without a regular income, I could not attain a low interest rate. So by the end of the day we realized that my price range for a monthly payment was unrealistic for the cars we were looking at. Noah gave a sincere effort in trying to get the payment within my price range, but with my high interest rate it was not doable. Despite the lack of success, Noah and Terry were both very helpful and they even called me later in the afternoon to suggest other options. Noah was kind and honest throughout the entire visit. Although I was upset that I could not afford the two cars I liked (honda fit and kia spectra sx) the experience was positive. I believe they also offered me a fair price with a 3000 rebate and free oil changes for 2 years, but my interest rate just killed the deal. I would definetly recommend ron bouchard's to anyone who wants a laid back, no pressure atmosphere while car shopping. I hope that I am able to return there someday when I can afford a Fit! More
