Car shopping at its best! Recently purchased a used Kia Sorento and never thought it would be so easy. I identified a used vehicle and was afraid it would be sold so wanted to act quickly. I live in Western Mass and drove over an hour to do business with this dealership. Dealt with Brian Byington and he was so professional and knowledgeable. We had done our homework but he made sure to point out features we werent familiar with. Test drove the vehicle one weekend and returned the following weekend to negotiate the purchase. I had a car to trade in and wasnt very confident they could meet my financial needs. My husband and I were very pleased in the end. We also dealt with Bill Hunter who patiently stayed in the negotiating arena with my husband. It was clear he wanted to earn our business...and he did!! This is the second car purchased at Ron Bouchards and we can attest to their professionalism and honest straight forward sales personnel. Great Experience Went up to look at and test drive a Cadenza after emailing with Gina for a day or so. Gina turned me over to Miguel after arrival. Both nice people. Saw they had a special deal on a K900 on the floor. Talked about that a bit. Test drove the Cadenza, and the the K900 despite a pretty good amount of snow coming down and nearing the end of the day. Wound up taking the special deal on the K900, which is one fine car. Steve (GM??) also helped quite a bit. This was a very low pressure experience which is the best. I've been known to work out of car dealers who've tried to twist me even if I was prepared to buy. More

Slow and didn't know the product I went to 7 dealerships in one day to test drive different makes of cars. When I came in and spoke to Miguel he was very friendly but unprofessional a I went to 7 dealerships in one day to test drive different makes of cars. When I came in and spoke to Miguel he was very friendly but unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I was looking at a Kia Optima EX and here were some of the things Miguel told me that were not true: - There is no sunshade for the sunroof - The car has a CVT transmission I asked him if the Optima had a similar stability control to the Fusion, specifically the dynamic braking and he told me, "yeah, this car has that! We call it the 60/40 split to give you... uh.. less accident ports". Also, I did say unprofessional. Without asking, Miguel took our time to walk out to the car as a smoke break which I did not appreciate. It took me over 2.5 hours to just to a 15 minute test drive and get a quote on pricing. All of the other dealerships I went to only took about 30-40 minutes. Other notes: - Coffee maker was broken, and it only had coffee and one kind of tea. - Everything was paper! I had to fill out a handful of papers by hand just to get a quote. Overall it was OK. I would recommend it if you know exactly what you want, but I felt much more valued at the other dealerships I visited than this one. More
