When he sets up a time, he's right there! Had to drop vehicle off and gave me a lender vehicle so I didn't have to bother anyone for a ride. Right on time and lender was ready to roll! This is the kind of service you really appreciate with today's busy schedules. Work performed on vehicle always top notch! Never dealt with a better place than this! More

Within the year of owning the car, three recalls. The paint recall had to be fixed twice. The best part of the dealer is the rental car. I wasn't in any rush to get my car back. I think I just bought a crappy model year, the seats were so uncomfortable, no lumbar support at all, something you don't realize until after you purchase the car. Their service dept. can be rude both in person and when it comes to calling you to tell you your vehicle is ready for pickup, it's like asking them to clean a toilet with their toothbrush. So long honda, im now satisfied that i purchased a brand new sonata. More

Service department is a joke I have called repeatedly in the last week to speak to the Honda Service department about my car. However they do not ever answer their phone. The rece I have called repeatedly in the last week to speak to the Honda Service department about my car. However they do not ever answer their phone. The receptionist pages them and pages them, puts me on hold then I keep getting routed back to the receptionist, who takes a message and says they'll call me. Days later their service department never calls. What a joke! I should have known better than to call these people after the nightmare they put me through on the purchase. But there is something wrong with the vehicle and they are required by law to fix it. Thank god its covered under Honda warranty and I can go to a different Honda dealership. There is no "service" in their service department. What kind of dealership service department doesn't answer their phones???? Don't buy here, don't attempt to get your car serviced here, customers are treated badly, and you cannot get any "service". More

I am new to the area. I locked my keys in my old 2001 Honda Accord and called the Service Department in a panic. They were unbelievable! They managed to get a key to me within an hour (2 towns away) an Honda Accord and called the Service Department in a panic. They were unbelievable! They managed to get a key to me within an hour (2 towns away) and were so pleasant about it. I had tried three other dealerships (Herb Chambers in Cambridge, Boch in Norwood, MA and Bernardi in Natick, MA where I purchased my car and they were not helpful. They all wanted me to bring the Registration to them first. How could I? It was locked inside my car! Can you imagine the relief I felt when I called Ron Bouchard's and they listened to me? They brought the key to me and checked my resistration on the spot after they unlocked my car. Guess where I'll be purchasing All my future Hondas??? What a relief to have someone who listens to your predicament ...and helps so pleasantly. Thank you! More
