I asked if they had a half axel for the front left of my Honda Element in stock. I was told YES. I approved the repair based on that. And I assumed they STOCK Honda parts!!! They made me wait 4+ hours. The Honda Element in stock. I was told YES. I approved the repair based on that. And I assumed they STOCK Honda parts!!! They made me wait 4+ hours. Then they told me they could not find AFTERMARKET parts!!! Why were you looking for aftermarket parts after promising me you had parts in stock?? Ron Bouchards promised they would fix it the next day. Gave me a loaner. After waiting again in the waiting room. They told me it was fixed. Then, only at "check out" was I told it was a USED PART they installed. When confronted they offered an insulting dollar payment..... and NEVER actually apologized. I have saved the email thread documenting this. I intend to keep warning Honda owners. More

Having been told the service area was booked solid for 2 days I reached out to Jamie Ro I had an emergency situation that required a fast appointment. Having been told the service area was booked solid for 2 days I reached out to Jamie Rodriquenz. He took control of the situation and was able to get me in early the next morning. The issue was resolved and I was on my way in a very short time. That personal touch, making someone feel like they were top priority, is what makes me want to continue dealing with The Honda Store. More

One day I drove in with a nasty stain on the hood (origin unknown) on the off chance that they could make it look a bit better. They squeezed me in and drove out with a car that no longer had a visible stain. Needless to say, I was delighted, but not surprised. There's a reason I continue to go there all these years, and believe me, I'm not easy! :) My next car will be purchased from there, as soon as my buggy gasps her last. More

This showed me that he really paid attention to what we spoke about during my first visit and he really cared. I wish more businesses that I came into contact with had employees like this. Recent repair exemplifies terrific service I just had a heater core problem repaired at The Honda Store in Lanchaster and want to commend the people involved at Honda for there wonderful servic I just had a heater core problem repaired at The Honda Store in Lanchaster and want to commend the people involved at Honda for there wonderful service and their "above and beyond" attitude. Apparently there was a known issue with this model's heater core but it was not at the recall level that would warrant a free repair. I had the option of paying for a flushing of the core or being content with some uneven heating in my SUV. Not tragic but manageable. After I discussed with my service rep Seth my concerns about the repair cost before leaving the dealership, Seth must have followed up my concerns with Jamie the Service Manager as soon as I left. Within minutes of arriving home, I received a telephone call from Seth telling me that his dealership will complete the repair with just a nominal cost to me. So, they absorbed almost the entire cost themselves. This is my 4th year of interactions with the Honda Store since I bought the vehicle and I have never had a bad experience in all that time. Everyone has consistently been courteous, willing to listen and extremely helpful. All repair work has been done correctly the first time and there is never been a "surprise" cost along the way. The service folks all seem to be very knowledgeable and represent the dealership to the highest degree possible. My thanks to Seth and Jamie for making this situation a win/win for all. Again, above and beyond expectations. More

Wow the Service Staff is Exceptional! Today 12/20/16 at 3 pm I haD a tire blow out on route 2 one exit ahead of the Ron Bouchards Honda Store. I must say the service is exceptional. Seth Teague, my normal service technician had Jamie the service manager and Jimmy in service come out to route 2 to changes the tire to the donut and made sure I got to the Honda dealer. I say more than expectional...Superior...My huband owns a CRV also and My daughter bought a Nissan Rogue on the the Bouchard Honda .. I don't think I will go elsewhere. Thank you all for being so helpful...I am wondering how long AAA would have left me on the voice loop I was still on hold when I hwas in your waiting area. Thank you, Karen Guerin Bolton MA More

He even went out of his way to check my van himself briefly after serviced do to another concern i had. He gave me great advice! Joel made my experience an amazing one. Before going to Honda a had my own person i would go to for my van needs but after the experience there i wont be going any where else but to Honda. The van was serviced very well its running very good they even cleaned the inside for me. They took and old van and made it look like new! I am recommending all of my family and friends to Honda service. More
