Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, I went online first to get a quote from a few dealerships. The Honda Store in Fitchburg got back to me within an hour! I went the next day to test drive the CRV. It was raining out and Michelle had the car brought into the service department where she spent over 20 minutes with me showing me the car features. After I took the test drive I knew that was the car I wanted but was concerned about the monthly payment and what I could afford. Michelle made me feel comfortable and at ease and they came in UNDER the price I wanted in 30 minutes! It was great! The whole experience was actually fun and the most important part -- not stressful. I went in a week later to buy some accessories from the parts deptartment and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and very helpful. I have since recommended a few co-workers and friends to Ron Bouchards in Fitchburg and they have not been disappointed. More
I am new to the area. I locked my keys in my old 2001 Honda Accord and called the Service Department in a panic. They were unbelievable! They managed to get a key to me within an hour (2 towns away) and were so pleasant about it. I had tried three other dealerships (Herb Chambers in Cambridge, Boch in Norwood, MA and Bernardi in Natick, MA where I purchased my car and they were not helpful. They all wanted me to bring the Registration to them first. How could I? It was locked inside my car! Can you imagine the relief I felt when I called Ron Bouchard's and they listened to me? They brought the key to me and checked my resistration on the spot after they unlocked my car. Guess where I'll be purchasing All my future Hondas??? What a relief to have someone who listens to your predicament ...and helps so pleasantly. Thank you! More
We shopped around for a car to replace our 14 year old Escort, we had been to many dealers to test drive different models and to get prices. We decided on a Honda Fit but walked away from several Honda D Escort, we had been to many dealers to test drive different models and to get prices. We decided on a Honda Fit but walked away from several Honda Dealers frustrated with their arrogance or lack of initiative. I called Ron Bouchards Honda Store with a general question, enter Paul Lechiara who answered my question and asked what I was looking for. I told him a base Fit in Lunar Mist/beige interior. He told me he could try to locate one but there may be only a 10% chance getting one as it was a discontinued color and other dealer reluctance to trade a popular model. Paul scored big time! He managed to locate and trade Fit for Fit one of only three base Fit's in Lunar Mist left in New England! He went above and beyond anyone else and seemed just as happy as we were that he was able to get us what we wanted instead of just what they had or was coming in. He was awesome to deal with, he didn't waste our time with games, gave straight answers, and even got us a pretty good trade price. To continue this trend, John Bernard, the Business Manager, thoroughly explained the extended warranty options and even though we declined the extended warranty John remained professional and respected our decision without use of high pressure tactics. This was a very pleasant buying experience. We highly recommend purchasing from them. And as an aside, I had a brief dealing with the Service dept. to get the inspection sticker, they also were very polite and the service area was very neat and clean. And oh yeah we love, love, love our Fit! More
Michelle was great to deal with. On my first visit, she had the car ready to roll when I arrived at my scheduled time. She fully explained the car to me and I took a test drive. Since I was just researching, that was the end of the visit -- no high pressure tactics. I shopped various dealers using the internet, and Ron Bouchard's offered me the best deal in my area. Again, at the "purchase" visit, Michelle was prepared and ready. They gave me a very fair price on my trade, and an excellent deal on my new Honda. John, the finance manager, did not use high-pressure tactics when presenting the extended warranty options. Highly recommended dealer! More

I really would have liked to have bought a car from her, but her dealership was unable to get the model I wanted (Fit). Other area dealerships did not have this vehicle either - it is the fault of the manufacturer for not producing enough of them. More
