We have never had a problem with the service department or with the quality of any of the cars we bought from them. They did not have the car I wanted and let me know BEFORE I arrived! They were able to get a car for me to test drive within 24 hours, called when she said she was going to call and followed through with every promise. The car was just what I was hoping for and the price was competitive. The financing person was straightforward, understood that I would not be adding extras and explained my options clearly without any pressure. The dealership was the furthest from my home and I paid $300 more than a more local dealer had quoted, but I am so glad I found Bree and Ron Bouchard's Honda Dealership. I felt valued as a customer, treated with respect and the process was seamless with no last minute surprises to sour the great feeling of finding just the right car at the right time! I will be sending anyone who asks to Bree. She could not have done a better job in my eyes. Ron Bouchard's Honda dealt fairly with me from the minute i walked in the door. they offered me an excellent price for my trade-in REGARDLESS of what car i was going to buy. Salesmen Pete and Noah were incredibly patient and never once rushed me or made me feel like i was wasting their time. i returned to the dealership three weekends in a row, driving different models. they were very knowledgeable and informative and really worked with me to help me choose the car that best fit my needs. i visited two other dealers (bigger and well-advertised) that were closer to where i live. one had a circus-type atmosphere with very high-pressure sales tactics where my trade-in value depended on what i was buying. the other offered me less than half for my trade and simply dismissed me. i can't say enough good about my experience at Bouchard's. other dealers tried to charge me $100 for alloy wheel locks. at Bouchard's they were just included. no mention was made about them, but when i picked up the car there they were. the paperwork was easy - no high pressure to buy anything i didn't want. honestly, they may be a little further away but if you want to deal with someone who respects your intelligence go to Ron Bouchard's!
