He also basically told me I was stupid and didn't understand what I was reading when I objected to the odd requirement discussed above, and he ran my credit report three times in one day. More

This was my first dealing with Honda, I have always been a Ford person. I must first say that Michelle Kennedy is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She took her time to listen to my needs and she makes you feel like family. And this was from first meeting her all the way through to delivery. She is a true asset to The Honda Store. She took me thru the entire dealership and introduced me to the parts and service people and even had a meeting with the service manager to go over how they operate. I was blown away. As for the dealership, wow. Talk about a first class operation. Everyone there is very professional. Nice clean showroom and the service area is spotless. They even have radiant floor heating in the service area so that their mechanics stay warm. I have never heard of any dealership caring so much for their employees. Even my wife was impressed with everything here and she is not a big car person. Between Michelle and the professionalism she and everyone showed me I will without a doubt be a repeat customer.
