This was my first dealing with Honda, I have always been a Ford person. I must first say that Michelle Kennedy is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Her level of professionalism is far abov a Ford person. I must first say that Michelle Kennedy is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Her level of professionalism is far above what I have ever experienced than any other car salesperson I have ever dealt with. She took her time to listen to my needs and she makes you feel like family. And this was from first meeting her all the way through to delivery. She is a true asset to The Honda Store. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Michelle. She took me thru the entire dealership and introduced me to the parts and service people and even had a meeting with the service manager to go over how they operate. I was blown away. As for the dealership, wow. Talk about a first class operation. Everyone there is very professional. Nice clean showroom and the service area is spotless. They even have radiant floor heating in the service area so that their mechanics stay warm. I have never heard of any dealership caring so much for their employees. Even my wife was impressed with everything here and she is not a big car person. Between Michelle and the professionalism she and everyone showed me I will without a doubt be a repeat customer. I recieved great service with Jeff Neagle. He helped me in the process of purchasing a used Honda CRV. I was able to pick up the car when I wanted to, and when I came back a few days later , he organized a in the process of purchasing a used Honda CRV. I was able to pick up the car when I wanted to, and when I came back a few days later , he organized and obtained my plates/registration and inspection sticker quickly, and I was not charged for my plates even though I could not transfer them.
