We always strive for our customers to have stress free purchase experiences with us. In regards to the inspection sticker, Massachusetts has made it so the Inspection is now a taxed item. Therefor it can not be included as it often used to be, and has to be shown as an independent charge on every purchase agreement.

I would call your Sales Manager, Clay Knight, but I don't see what he could do to help the situation. I don't see how he can resolve the experience I had with your dealership. The experience has happened. The inspection sticker can be included. Bernardi Honda in Framingham charges $352.75 and it is inclusive of the inspection sticker, so your total fee of $399 + $35 sticker = $434. Yours is the highest around and I have checked with several dealerships. A documentation fee plus inspection sticker should not be costing a customer $434 just to get out the door. Had the experience leading up to the final “signing” been a more pleasant experience perhaps I wouldn’t have been so offended by the high documentation fee. But by this point I had already been nickeled and dimed to death and wasn’t expect anything other then what other comparable dealers charge for the same service.
