Very high pressured - they are overbearing I bought a brand new 2015 Honda. I scheduled a time to come in for a test drive. I had other plans that day so I didn't want to be at the dealership I bought a brand new 2015 Honda. I scheduled a time to come in for a test drive. I had other plans that day so I didn't want to be at the dealership for more than an hour, 90 minutes top. I wanted to make the deal, give a deposit, but come back later the same day or another day. But no, they kept dragging it on insisting I needed to have it that day. I was there for 3+ hours. They had the keys to the car I was trading in and would not give them back after I requested them several times (mind you, I was close to walking out the door but only because of their tactics. I felt like I was trapped. The whole experience was not pleasant. Buying a new car can be an enjoyable experience - I know as I buy a new car every other year and I never had an experience as bad as this one. The documentation fee of $399 is the highest of any dealership I know (and I researched many dealers’ documentation fees). My last dealership is up to $349 (most I found are 299-349, not as high as 399). On top of that, it was a brand new car. I buy a new car every 2 years and never have they tacked on the cost of the inspection sticker but this dealership does - other dealerships I have bought from absorb this since they are getting a generous documentation fee. I love the car I bought but I am not sure I will take it here for servicing which is pretty sad. I just don’t feel this place is honest. More

Same service time after time!
