SUPERMAN IS NOT A MYTH After completing paperwork on my new 2015 Honda Civic lease, around 7:30p.m. on Monday, April 13th, I was informed that I could pick up the car on We After completing paperwork on my new 2015 Honda Civic lease, around 7:30p.m. on Monday, April 13th, I was informed that I could pick up the car on Wednesday…giving them time to put new plates on the car, and getting the paperwork over to my insurance agent. Instantly I freaked…you see, I was driving around in a 2001, with windows stuck down (from a burnt out window switch), and the weather called for rain on Wednesday ( not to mention that I was freezing as well!). Seeing my dilemma, Dave Boulanger became my hero. When I walked out of the Honda Store that Monday evening, it was all decided that he would meet me there the next day to pick it up. It wasn’t until I got there on Tuesday that I also learned it was supposed to be Dave’s day off, but there he was sitting at his desk waiting for my arrival with my new keys in hand. Not only is Dave a nice guy, but his salesman’s approach is far from those typical white collar, suit and tie guys...he is down to earth, welcoming and approachable and is willing to go beyond the call of duty to please a customer. In my case, to have completed all that was needed within a short time, he did his company proud…he was faster than a speeding bullet, and more powerful than a locomotive… (and I would almost bet that he could leap tall buildings in a single bound if necessary!) The "finance guy" was indifferent towards us and seemed very bothered when we had questions..very different than the rest of the experience. Maybe because we had a firm price and outside financing. Overall positive experience and would buy again. More

Versatile I went to the Honda Store because a friend requested for me to go there. I spoke with John Ellis and while speaking with him I told him I always bough I went to the Honda Store because a friend requested for me to go there. I looked at some Honda's but I just wanted another Rogue which was great I didn't have to change salesman. I thought he was knowledgeable about both products. More
