Several dealers contacted us via Email and phone. Ron Bouchard's Honda was very helpful via Email, but we did not feel any undue pressure. We finally decided to go "just take a look" on Saturday, August 1st. We were met at the door by Bob, and explained that we had been in touch via internet (Melissa, and most recently Kristin). He called Kristin to notify her that we were there, and she assigned him as our contact for a possible sale. Bob was extremely knowledgeable of Honda vehicles and got an idea of what we wanted. On our first trip into the lot we spotted a CRV that was the perfect color (a copper, sort of burned orange that is almost the same color as the wife's first new car-a 1970 Plymouth Duster). Bob went over an impressive array of features and we found that it had more than we were looking for! After a comfortable discussion of finances, we were sold. Alli was wonderful with the final paperwork and we are looking forward to picking up our new Honda this week! As stated earlier, we really didn't intend to buy a vehicle on Saturday. The comfort level of Ron Bouchard's Dealership, the friendly staff and the impressive quality of the vehicle sold us right away (with a lot of help from Bob.) We highly recommend this dealership. Within the year of owning the car, three recalls. The paint recall had to be fixed twice. The best part of the dealer is the rental car. I wasn't in any rush to get my car back. I think I just bought a crappy model year, the seats were so uncomfortable, no lumbar support at all, something you don't realize until after you purchase the car. Their service dept. can be rude both in person and when it comes to calling you to tell you your vehicle is ready for pickup, it's like asking them to clean a toilet with their toothbrush. So long honda, im now satisfied that i purchased a brand new sonata. More

Nice SUV I was checking out a couple of different suv's. I stopped by 2 dealerships and found nothing I was interested in. I then stopped by the Honda Store in Lancaster, MA. I was greeted by a very pleasant sales man, John Ellis. He listened to what I was looking for. I liked the sound of the CRV. We took a ride in it and I knew I had to have this vehicle. It was fully loaded and had navigation, nice riding, nice looking. There was no hassle, we worked out a decent payment plan and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you to John Ellis and the Honda Store! More
