The dealership has taken all possible steps to accommodate Mrs. Richard and make her feel comfortable in the pre-owned vehicle she purchased. We gave Mrs. Richard a loaner vehicle while we replaced the front brakes and rotors, rear brakes, and thoroughly checked the vehicle for any other mechanical issues. We were confident at that point that the vehicle was in very good working condition. Mrs. Richard was given a copy of the comprehensive check list, as well as the repair order for the replaced rotors and brakes. She was also provided with a copy of the AutoCheck history report on her vehicle upon picking it up. AutoCheck is the company the dealership, as well as most local auctions, use for the history reports on pre-owned vehicles. AutoCheck is a part of Experian and is a very reputable history report. We hope the steps we have taken allow you to feel comfortable and enjoy your vehicle.

The warranty we gave to you was complimentary, and you were not charged any extra on your purchase for it, because we wanted you to feel satisfied with your vehicle and the deal you received. Therefor there is no money to be returned. We are saddened that the effort on our part to give you a warranty has resulted in a negative outcome.
