THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I initially had shopped around for a good dealership. Asked a lot of my friends went into several dealerships meet with some sales men and always towa I initially had shopped around for a good dealership. Asked a lot of my friends went into several dealerships meet with some sales men and always towards the end i backed out i just wasn't getting that feeling that the sales person had my best interest in mind. My Friend went in for an oil change i accompanied her just for a ride ,anyway while we were sitting in the waiting room Carlos came over to say hello as he was the salesman thats sold my friend her vehicle. Long story short i left that day with my own vehicle . At no point did i feel pressured Elmo and Carlos worked hard to get a loan that was best for me communication was key throughout the whole process they let me know what was going on.
