If i had the choice I would have given a negative star for false advertising and fake price quotes. Beware they will quote you a price and send you a quote in writing but when you arrive at the showroom t for false advertising and fake price quotes. Beware they will quote you a price and send you a quote in writing but when you arrive at the showroom they will not abide by the numbers they provided. The trick is to lure the customer to the showroom by quoting a low price and not sell you that product. They will rush to earn your business but it’s a trap to get a customer to pay the price they want. Bunch of crooks running the business and I would stay as far away as possible. More
After a few texts & conversations with Matt Kelly & the understanding I had to get back to work for a meeting, two certified pre-owned CRVs, were going to be ready to test drive. He would have the cars with the keys up front and ready. (I live about 45 min away) I get there and someone else greets me and immediately starts to show me other CRVs online. I told him I did not mean to be rude but I was pressed for time and was looking for the two cars I specifically came up for. It turns out neither was available for me to test drive. One just sold and the other was moved out back to service and won't be available for a few days. Matt, or someone, could have called me and told me things changed but they preferred for me to drive up there trying to upsell. There's no reason for me not to believe this was completely intentional. More

I just purchased a 2022 Honda Passport Elite from Ron Bouchard Honda (The Honda Store) I highly recommend this dealer for purchasing a new or used vehicle because in today's market at most dealersh Bouchard Honda (The Honda Store) I highly recommend this dealer for purchasing a new or used vehicle because in today's market at most dealerships sales are adding an additional $2,000 - $5,000 dollars for what their calling market conditions to the list price of the vehicles. This is just wrong and dishonest and taking advantage of customers. The Honda Store is NOT doing this and is working with every customer to give you the best price. Greck our sales person was outstanding Kamille in internet sales was also very helpful and Christine in Parts was outstanding and helped get us the Honda accessories we wanted installed on our new vehicle. I highly recommend the Honda Store! More
I asked if they had a half axel for the front left of my Honda Element in stock. I was told YES. I approved the repair based on that. And I assumed they STOCK Honda parts!!! Then they told me they could not find AFTERMARKET parts!!! Why were you looking for aftermarket parts after promising me you had parts in stock?? Ron Bouchards promised they would fix it the next day. Gave me a loaner. After waiting again in the waiting room. They told me it was fixed. Then, only at "check out" was I told it was a USED PART they installed. When confronted they offered an insulting dollar payment..... and NEVER actually apologized. I have saved the email thread documenting this. I intend to keep warning Honda owners. More
