very disappointed I have been a loyal and frequent customer for the past few years. I have bought 3 cars in the past 2 years (approximate) and the sales and F&I teams have always treated me very well. This was our first (and last) experience with the service department. I was not contacted when my part came in, so service was delayed. The quoted service cost was not honored. They said there was 1 hour of labor but I was sitting on the car vaping for much of the time they claimed it was being worked on. Then the bill (to sync a new key fob to the vehicle) was $450+. I had to produce my past receipt as I had paid to have the key ordered 2 weeks prior. So the 30 minute quoted job took 1:40. I paid for the hour of labor although they worked on the car for 25 minutes. Both the service writer and cashier were unconcerned and basically just said it is what it is. Again, I am always treated very well by the sales and F&I teams, I will simply utilize other service options in the future. I am glad this was only for a replacement key and nothing more expensive or serious. ( I paid just under $400 for the new key and to have it synced to the vehicle and the process took 15 days ). More
