Scheduled oil change and tire rotation for 11:00; when I arrived, there were no service agents anywhere in sight. Fifteen minutes later agent arrived; car went in for service at 11:30 and reappeared shortly arrived, there were no service agents anywhere in sight. Service advisor was very attentive but the problem is the technician in the quick lube service were awful. One was smoking a cigarette the other one was talking and showed no motivation to get the service do technician in the quick lube service were awful. I had my 2010 Yukon towed in to have a battery replaced. Two days later, and over $200 for an "evaluation" and installation labor, plus the $200 battery, I walked out with a $400 bill.
