This time they were our first stop and we made trips to three other dealers trying to beat Thomas' initial offer but couldn't. Our experience with salesman Donnie McGaugy was a very pleasant one. He followed up our visit with a phone call and then left us alone to consider our purchase, which we appreciated. When we returned to make a final offer, he and the sales managers were willing to work with us and we made what we considered a very fair deal for our Camry. We'll definitely be returning to Thomas when we're in the market for another Toyota. More

I finally decided to venture out to Thomas Toyota of Joliet and they were my saving grace!! Rafael surpassed all of my expectations, he went out of his way to find the exact car that I wanted. Rafael is extremely knowledgable and surprisingly nice, not your typical salesman. If you are considering buying a car you should definitely do it at Thomas Toyota! I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION AND IT WAS APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME. CASHIER WAS NOT VERY INVITING. THEN I WAS ASKED IF I WANT A CAR WASH AND SAID SURE. SO I WENT IN THE WAI APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME. CASHIER WAS NOT VERY INVITING. THEN I WAS ASKED IF I WANT A CAR WASH AND SAID SURE. SO I WENT IN THE WAITING ROOM AND 55 MINUTES WENT BY UNTIL I WAS DONE EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 25 MINUTES TOPS. SO OK, NO BIG DEAL. THEN I GO SEE MY VEHICLE AND IT WAS NOT EVEN DRIED OFF AND WAS BEGINNING TO SHOW WATER MARKS. THIS IS WHEN I ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO DRY MY VEHICLE. NOW THIS WAS A VERY HARD TASK FOR THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT WERE SENT OVER TO DRY MY VEHICLE. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY WORKED VERY VERY SLOW AND THEY DIDNT SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO DRY MY CAR AND THEY CLEARLY DIDNT WANT TO DRY IT. THE FOLLOWING DAY I CALLED CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND GOT JERMAINE HALLOWAY.
