Nate and Jim was very helpful with the sales process both of them was tag teaming me lol. Jim was new and Nate was training him ,today I took home my new Corolla Jermaine the customer relation mgr was very n of them was tag teaming me lol. No pricing on any of the vehicles. We told the sales rep what we wanted and he would bring 1 car at a time to show us instead of just letting us see them all to compare. Prices way out of line for what we what we wanted and he would bring 1 car at a time to show us instead of just letting us see them all to compare. Prices way out of line for what we told him our budget was. Wasted a lot of our time. When I walked to the nissan lot next door, I was promptly CHASED down by the Toyota salesman and scolded for walking out during the deal process. There was NO deal process! We hadn't even been given a price for 1 vehicle and i was tired of waiting. We ended up walking out in disgust and purchased a vehicle from the Thomas Nissan next door that had clear pricing with no haggle deals! I do NOT recommend this dealer! Rude and inappropriate behavior. I didn't appreciate being chased down and yelled at by a sales person! AVOID THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Thomas Toyota is a great place to buy a car. Got a great price plus top dollar for trade. The dealership was very busy the day I bought my Camry. We had several people from the dealership ask if we were o price plus top dollar for trade. The dealership was very busy the day I bought my Camry. We had several people from the dealership ask if we were ok and needed anything while waiting to get into finance. Mo and Nate where willing to run to McDonald's and get are kids nuggets while we where waiting. Before leaving Mo helped set up the radio to my favorite stations and set up the bluetooth option. Hoping to get a great deal on a Highlander in a couple of years More

Took my car in for service and was greeted by the most friendly, professional staff. Mohammid and the rest of the staff were very detailed explaining what would be done and consistently checked in on me friendly, professional staff.
