Rex was my salesperson Nate helped out also with the sales process cause Rex was new.Rex pulled up the cars and showed me the cars that I was looking for also he let me take them on a test drive he was sales process cause Rex was new.Rex pulled up the cars and showed me the cars that I was looking for also he let me take them on a test drive he was very friendly he also showed me all the vehicle features .when it came down for the down to make the numbers right that's when Nate came in the picture he was very nice and he help me find the right payment More

These guys took my car right in at 6:55 right at close note the service department close at 7.I had a light the came on my dash ,I pulled in and I talked to Steve he said that I would have to run a test o note the service department close at 7.I had a light the came on my dash ,I pulled in and I talked to Steve he said that I would have to run a test on the vehicle a young man walked by my salesperson who is now a manager he said hello he explained to me that the vehicle would need an test done ,Steve and Jermaine gave me a loaner for the day Thank so much More

Toyota did not have the model or color of the toyota tacoma trd sport at the joliet dealership lot and brad went over and beyond to get the exact truck i was looking for , he kept us well informed of th tacoma trd sport at the joliet dealership lot and brad went over and beyond to get the exact truck i was looking for , he kept us well informed of the delivery and it was on time he compinsated us with 2 tanks of gas for the New vehicle having 300 + miles on it . So we didnt have to wait for it to be tranported by truck , it was driven. Brad was great! And Collin was very timely with the financing as we did wait for 3 days for the vehicle. We will send anyone to toyota if looking for a vehicle I think your vehicles are built well and the service department has always taken care of warranty issues when they arose. Thank you More

New to Illinois and needed to get my Toyota Tacoma serviced. Called and got the answering service; scheduled to drop the vehicle on a Friday night so they could service on Saturday at their leisure. serviced. Answer service told me to drop it at the Nissan store next door. I repeated his request twice because it didn't make any sense to me. But... went any way to drop at Nissan and it turned into a real head scratcher with me and the Sales Manager. They walked me over to Toyota to straighten things out. Decided we could wait a few 1k miles to do my service, so I said I would call back to reschedule. Instead of calling I decided to stop by last Friday. Walked in service, stepped into a booth, no one said hello after walking past me several times, then finally they all went out in the shop area. I stood there thinking someone would come back to help me. NOTHING. Got in my vehicle and drove around the back side of the building where I spotted the lady who walked past me in the service drive (and ignored me) back there smoking a cigarette..... I just made my service appointment with Orland Toyota in Tinley Park. Spoke WITH someone in Service and they are happy I'm coming. More
