The preventive service package offers free oil change and tire rotation for not only two years, but for THREE YEARS. Our Sales Manager, Daenen Badie and his sales associate, Jake Wassner provided multiple options and plenty of space to allow us to make our decision. Jake sure knows his product! Every feature was pointed out and we test drove each model of Camrys in every color too! Colin Galvin, the financial manager, explained every financial option available. How do you beat 0% interest for six years?? What a kind, respectful guy! We drove our Camry SE, with a full tank of gas, home that night! Our quest stretched after closing. NEVER did they rush us or offer less than great service! We also scheduled our first free oil change and undercoating that day. I was offered a loaner for the morning. Steve in service even programmed my phone to Bluetooth! We are so happy THOMAS of JOLIET is our dealership! More
Jim Knizez handled the F & I for me and he was outstanding. He covered all extended warranty plans and found the one that meets my needs. This was a new car purchase and the 3rd one for my family. The entire Thomas family helped to get me into my new car. Everyone there assisted in getting my old car cleared and the new one loaded up. The cost of the car was well below other locations. They gave me the best deal. More

I know this will not get posted, but the toyota care 20K oil changes in my opinion is just not what it should be, on November my car will be 2 years old since I purchased it, during that time I accumulated oil changes in my opinion is just not what it should be, on November my car will be 2 years old since I purchased it, during that time I accumulated 18K miles, the first oil change was done at 5K and I practically had to beg to get it done because the service clerck insisted that it only gets done at 10K intervals, so this meant I only get 2 oil changes in 2 years ... I don't agree, if I get 4 oil changes or 20K in 24 months, then I should get all 4 oil changes in 5K intervals.... screw your service deparment, I will never purchase a car from your stingy dealership. I called twice to find out if the price listed on the internet at cars.com was actual price since it was so low. Twice I was assured by the email representative that was the price and that no rebates wer internet at cars.com was actual price since it was so low. Twice I was assured by the email representative that was the price and that no rebates were included in it. I drove 35 miles to get there, only find out the email representative did not tell me the truth - the rebate (recent college graduate rebate -which I did not qualify for) WAS included in the price. The sales rep I dealt with was very nice and apoligetic and informed me that the email reps were in an office in another state. I was not happy with the lie to get me in the door and was turned off to that dealership at that point. The price he gave me was not bad, but I would not have driven that far out of my way for it. Also the dealership building and amenities were very shabby compared to the Toyota dealer I ultimately bought from (in Naperville). Too bad they feel they need to use tactics like that. More
we did our research and had prices already with the assistance of true car, and had an appointment with a different dealer to purchase the vehicle, however since this dealer was only a few miles away w assistance of true car, and had an appointment with a different dealer to purchase the vehicle, however since this dealer was only a few miles away we decided to call them and they said they would match the price. once we arrived there wasnt to much back in forth with the sales associate and sales manager as their generally is(annoying) honored our price signed paperwork and we were on our way. This dealership didn't have bottled water or anything while we waited but otherwise it went well. jacob wassner was our sales rep, he didnt play much of a role because we already test drove the vehicle at other dealerships and did our research but he was nice and professional.
