Thomas Toyota will certainly be my home for many cars to come in my family." Montrell Yancey" made sure to greet me, him and "Jose Sauceda" explained everything I needed to know before even trying to push me into a car. Every answer was clear, not only did i not even know if I would even be able to get approved, but find a great price. The staff at Thomas Toyota gave me everything to ease me in to the car buying experience. They helped me with the loan options, broke down my prices, even options on payments. BEST experience i had in customer in such a long time. Treated me like a friend or even family member. when all the other places i went to seem to always see me as a dollar sign. Thank you Thomas Toyota for all your help. More

Sales person was either poorly trained, attempted to misrepresent himself, or both. I was focused on the purchase of a Toyota Camry, and was given the vehicle price. This dealer had one of those "flat, no haggle pricing" sales pitches. I made three visits to the dealer to ensure all my questions were asked, and that the information given was consistent. I asked for the finance arrangements be submitted in writing that included a down payment. When I received it via e-mail, I was nothing short of stunned. The purchase price was not even close to what was originally quoted. When I expressed my disbelief, I received not one, but two e-mails stating the the Sales Manager and their finance person quoted the price of the vehicle in error. After receiving a "final" offer, the dealership still was not close to what was originally quoted when I first visited. Within a few days, I received a letter of apology stating that they would try to learn from this experience. I would have bought from this dealer, but I wound up not even purchasing a Toyota. More

false promises NOT worth the "price deal" Bought a corolla here in March. Their no negotiation pricing seemed reasonable, but have many regrets since buying the car. The car history said "leas Bought a corolla here in March. Their no negotiation pricing seemed reasonable, but have many regrets since buying the car. The car history said "lease or retal fleet behicle". We hesitated, but the salesman said "It was a leased car." Should have realized this was not the case with the no smoking sticker in the car, clear sign of a rental. After paying for the car, the sales representative says "I will take it for a wash and detail". Brings the car back slightly wet with new scratches that definitely were not there before. Fine, shame on us for not fighting harder. The finance guy says, "you get 3 oil changes with the car. Actually, I will make it 6, as long as you get them within one year." We thank him. Should not have, papers say 3 changes and asking them about it, they will only honor the paperwork. Then, on arrival home, with the next start of the car the Check Engine light comes on. And we realize that the remote control keys do not work on the trunk door. We live sort of far away, so do not bring the car in right away. To their credit, they did a full test on the check engine light on them with a tiny car for us to borrow. But, no answer for us after 4 days, and trunk remote still does not work. In fact, they reprogrammed the key so the other remote no longer works. I am physically here for the first oil change now, and they tell us the fee to diagnose the remote for the trunk is $129. Buyer beware, the price may be non-negotiable but it is absolutely not non-hassle. I had been holding off on this review, and spoken with the dealership to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation, but there are just too many things that have come up. The car did not even come with floor mats. The people are nice, but the product and promises fall way short. I think we will use up these oil changes and then trade this car in at another dealership. *** The BEST TOYOTA DEALER *** Awesome car buying experience!!!! My wife and I have been all over the place to get a new Toyota Highlander AWD Limited and we finally met with our no Awesome car buying experience!!!! My wife and I have been all over the place to get a new Toyota Highlander AWD Limited and we finally met with our now new found friends at Thomas Toyota! Mohammed "MO", Dave Luman , Jim at Finance and most especially their General Manager Curt... they were all E-X-C-E-P-T-I-O-N-A-L!!! Product Review - Mohammed gave us a thorough walk through of the car we wanted to get. No Hassle, No Haggle and he delivered above and beyond our expectations! He stayed with us throughout the entire process from beginning to end and was very patient with our kids too. We recommend to look for MO at this location! Really great guy to work with ! Quote - Among all dealerships we've shopped around, Dave Luman is the only one that took time to provide us a true faith estimate in a very presentable manner .... {meaning all computerized in a letter size paper which I think is how all quotes should be presented}. Unlike the other dealerships where they wrote "quotes" in a "scratch almost crumpled paper" as they play with their numbers! He never asked the classic question..... "How much are you looking to pay a month?" or " How's your credit score?". Very professional :) ! Financing - We thought we have the best pre approval rate for a new purchase however Jim at Finance even beat the rate we were pre-approved for!!! We were so happy with this as this impacted our monthly payments :) ! Thanks Jim! Curt - the GM - can also stands for the GREAT MAN! He had to be on meetings while we start the process however he never failed to check in and out once he has an opportunity! Thanks for all your assistance! For the first time .....we've been treated like a family and we can say that we are truly 100% satisfied with our purchase! Their Lifetime Warranty is also soooo as well as the first 3 complimentary service warranty !!! More

There's absolutely no reason at all to not to business with these fine people. I felt as if the dealership was a home I'd never been to. In fact, this was the only dealer that was considerable of business with these fine people. I felt as if the dealership was a home I'd never been to. In fact, this was the only dealer that was considerable of my pricing & my interests in the vehicle I felt was right for me. Every other place expected me to meet their agendas so they could pocket my money & not care whether or not if I was satisfied. They want You to be happy with what You want. Rather opposed to some jerk that wants to stick you in a car you don't even like. I've had a lot of dealers let me down because all they did was look down on me the entire time. Until I decided to give Thomas Toyota a try. You can just feel a sense of welcoming when they introduce themselves to you. Excellent & persistent service from start to the finish of the sale. You'll be glad to leave the lot with one of their fine vehicles. These people are no sharks. So if you're fed up with wrestling in the water with the one's you've been dealing with, get yourself out & head on over to Thomas Toyota. You'll be thanking them as much as you'll be thanking yourself. So what are you waiting for? More
I've made a previous review about Thomas Toyota about 4 years ago. Aside from my wife I don't think I've had a longer relationship than I have with Thomas Toyota, certainly NOT a car dealership. Becaus 4 years ago. Aside from my wife I don't think I've had a longer relationship than I have with Thomas Toyota, certainly NOT a car dealership. Because of my long lasting relationship I feel I should provide an updated review. I purchased a used vehicle from them about 4 years ago. The sales experience was the most straightforward experience I've ever had. They tried the squares on me, but I saw right past it. I presented my offer and they beat it, THEY BEAT *MY* OFFER o.0 Granted it was few hundred bucks or so, but really? Has a dealer really ever undercut, themselves?!? I didn't mention this in my original review, but it's stood out in my mind and I've used the story to recommend these guys. They have absolutely always done what was right. Without hesitation and without question. The third brake light was out and we didn't notice until they were switching the plates. They fixed it. Even after I had already signed the "AS-IS" paperwork. As I mentioned in my other review they sold the truck with a blown front differential that none of us had noticed until I was finally able to try the 4WD later on after the sale as conditions permitted. They made this right as well. It had been about 18 months since my last visit to their service department and I had to get the truck in because the 4WD was out. When I called to let them know I was coming, get their opinion on the issue and confirm what I needed to bring and setup a rental car I did not have a pleasant experience. I was told they're too busy, I can't drop it off til the following day, they have rental cars, then they didn't have rentals. I was not happy. This added to the frustrations and anxiety of being without my truck which I desperately need for work and not to mention the fact it was broken! At that point I was never going to deal with this place again, I called up warranty forever and demanded authorization to take my vehicle somewhere else. That of course went over like a lead balloon with the warranty company and they were surprised at the situation. I was too, but things change and businesses find new people and that's what I figured had happened. They promised to send a message to the dealer for me and assured me it would get worked out. A few days later John called me. How do I explain our encounter without selling this guy short? I'll try, but I don't think I can. How do you know the difference between someone caring about your problem and someone "caring" about your problem? You know what I am trying to say. The type of people that all they'll do is apologize, but not actually do anything to solve the problem. To me, when he called he couldn't have cared less about my truck at that moment. He called to talk to me. He called to find out what happened and why I was not happy. I explained everything and he didn't give me and excuse. He gave me the reason and told me that he would fix it. I'm a service guy too and that's exactly what I do. I treat my customers how I want to be treated and it's evident John does this as well. Vic, thanks for dealing with part company. Thanks for keeping me informed. Thanks for our chat this afternoon. These guys are the real deal. They're too busy to fabricate excuses which is good and rare. Too often I'm in a situation where I'm left scratching my head wondering where the common sense went, but it's refreshing to see it's abundant here. Most people are hungry for work and they'll say anything and everything to get you in the door so they'll tell you what they think you want to hear even if it's less than the truth. Not these guys. They went above and beyond (and then some) trying to make happy. I am truly appreciative of John, Vic and the entire service department at Thomas Toyota. THANK YOU! More
