Quick & Easy We were on our first day of car shopping - always drove Chevy's - but have other family members & friends who drive Priuses. On a whim we decided to stop by and see what the Prius V might be like. Our salesman, Carlos Garcia, was out the door greeting us immediately and had us test-driving the car in which we were interested very quickly. We fell in love with the car but were hesitant to jump into buying so quickly. They let us take it from Saturday night until Monday night. During that time we did a lot of research into the lifetime warranty and into prices throughout the state. We indeed were getting a great deal, and we received a fair price for our trade-in. Purchase night took a bit longer but we never felt neglected or ignored. Carlos helped us figure out some of the finer points of our vehicle technology as well. Thanks! More

I know I am not the easiest person to work with, as I'm pretty new to all the technology in the vehicles. He also did NOT refuse to see me, even though I wasn't there to buy at that particular time. How many other sales people do you know that will do that? Most will blow you off and not give you the time of day. Not here... not only was he willing to work around my schedule, the manager Nate, was the also one of the nicest people in the place. They did hammer me into a car and now I know that I CHOSE the right one... I wasn't sold into one!! More
