Jermaine made the whole experience great, he answered all the questions and actually had the exact new Camry in stock, and explained all the features - especially since there have been a few upgrades since my last new purchase - a 1993 Camry. After all the signing was complete, Jermaine extended all the information to reach him if there were any questions. Jermaine and the staff at Thomas Toyota made the experience comfortable. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and there is no blind siding of hidden fees. Made contact with George on the phone after web shopping the site and he assured me that the inventory on the web is what they have on the lot (unlike other dealers who say they do and just lure you there in hopes you settle for what they do have). He called me right back to assure the vehicle of interest was indeed there along with the no haggle price, which was even less than the website. Came in the next morning and was on my way with the new vehicle in less than two hours. This no haggle experience is by far the BEST experience we ever had. More

An excellent experience in buying my new Camry Yesterday (12/11/14), I purchased a new Camry and traded in my older Camry. This was about my 7th or 8th Toyota that I purchased from Thomas Toyota o Yesterday (12/11/14), I purchased a new Camry and traded in my older Camry. This was about my 7th or 8th Toyota that I purchased from Thomas Toyota over the years. I've always had good experiences with the sales people there, but yesterday was the best. I negotiated with both Jason Carruthers and Nathan Ragans. Both men were truly interested in seeing I got a deal that I felt comfortable with. I was treated with sincere respect and friendliness throughout the transaction. There was no pressure on me and they were responsive to all my questions and concerns. There was a sincere feeling of friendship throughout my visit and I felt that there would be no hard feelings if I just walked away. Such an attitude on their part led me to believe that they were interested in serving me as much as they were in making a sale. The approach of salesmen such as these two will change the way customers look at auto salespeople. I'm glad I had them yesterday for my purchase.
