Leased 2 cars! We went looking for two cars. One for my daughter, another for my son. Junior Salazar is a very capable, dedicated, passionate and knowledgeable sales We went looking for two cars. One for my daughter, another for my son. Junior Salazar is a very capable, dedicated, passionate and knowledgeable salesperson. He walked us through the options and comparisons with other cars we were considering. We went with a 2015 Prius and a 2015 Corolla. After purchasing the cars, Junior walked through his post-sales checklists noting an service items, assisting my kids in setting up their bluetooth and various features of each car. Excellent customer service. My only criticism, and this is not directed toward Junior, is that the Thomas Toyota dealership is very old and the sales process is so lengthy and antiquated. The amount of paperwork and the number of forms, even before you get to the finance dept, is ridiculous. Dealerships operate with 1990s technology. They need to get in the new millennium, integrated point of sales systems, electronic signatures, electronic, checklists, tablets for their salespeople, etc. For example, the finance department still uses dot matrix printers. There are benefits to the customer in that this would avoid a 6-7 hour sales process and the dealership can sell more cars. With that said, most dealerships still operate this way so it is not a direct criticism of Thomas Toyota but the entire industry in general. Consumers should not stand for this type service. If they can't sell you a car in 2-3 hours, you should walk away. Overall, the service, professionalism, and dedication of the staff made up for a lengthy buying experience. I highly recommend Thomas Toyota! More
Great Experience at Thomas Toyota This was my first time buying a car and I was really pleased with the way it went at Thomas Toyota. I went into look for a Toyota Corolla LE and I was able to walk out with a Toyota Corolla LE plus for an even better price. Our salesperson was Jason Caruthers and he was friendly and knowledgable - an absolute wonderful guy. I didn't feel pressured to buy at all, but I definitely did because the people at Thomas were so nice. The manager Nate Ragens was able to give me the price I wanted which was great as well. Colin Galvin was also eager to help and super knowledgable about any financing questions I had. Everything was super transparent, everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable, and I would definitely go to Thomas Toyota again. More

Low Pressure and Easy to deal with My previous vehicle was damaged in a collision and I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep it or trade into a new vehicle. It was being repaired in Thomas' My previous vehicle was damaged in a collision and I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep it or trade into a new vehicle. It was being repaired in Thomas' body shop, so it made the trade-in very easy, before the repair was even finished. They walked me through the vehicle options available and financing options as well. Everything went smooth with no surprises and I left with the vehicle I wanted (they had to get it from a distant Chicago land dealer). I hope I don't have to buy another car for many years, but when I do I'll look Thomas Toyota up again. More
First Oil Change I bought a Honda Civic from Thomas Toyota in December 2014. I went in today to get my first (free) oil change. As soon as I walked into the service do I bought a Honda Civic from Thomas Toyota in December 2014. I went in today to get my first (free) oil change. As soon as I walked into the service door Jason Caruthers (the sales representative that sold me the car) came from the sales floor and greeted me. I'm not sure if you remembered me, or the car, but either way it was still nice to be greeted by someone I knew. When I told Jason I was in for my oil change he immediately got me connected with his brother, Al Caruthers ("Big Al" - a services representative). Al graciously listened to me babble about some other issues I had noticed about the car since I bought it (i.e. some of the lights on the dash were shorting out and I had a loose mirror on the drivers side). While waiting for the oil change, Al looked into these issues and assured me they would be covered by my Honda warranty, if I took the car to Honda. In total, it sounds like a $600 savings. (Thank you!) In additional, Al looked up the recommended maintenance for my car, based on Honda's recommendations, and they were able to service my car for that, as well. Overall, I had my oil changed, my tires rotated, the Honda suggested service done and a car wash all within about an hour and a half. Thank you Jason and Al for helping me out with my car, and for looking out for me as if I were part of the family! More
