DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!! I waited three days for them to figure out financing and was told the second day that they would not sell the car. Third day after calling all day try I waited three days for them to figure out financing and was told the second day that they would not sell the car. Third day after calling all day trying to get an answer out of someone they finally told me oh we sold the vehicle. So if you want the worst customer service go here if you would like people that actually care then go somewhere else More

I asked about getting the car Worked with Abdul in their sales department and was very happy with his professionalism and information about the car. I asked about getting the car detailed before purchase and when I finally finished with Colin in their financing, the car was in immaculate shape. Colin in their financing couldn't have been more professional and gave me all of my answers and worked with me to get me the best rate for what I was looking for in options for the vehicle. Overall, I would rate my experience 5 star and would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family if looking for a car. More

A feeling of trust starts with the salespeople , supported by the sales manager and wrapped up with the finance manager. No promises made that they can't or won't stand by. Everything is explained in detail. You always have the right to accept or reject offers as they do without feeling pressure or shame. This is what has kept us coming back for our fourth car. On the lot if you pass a porter or service person , they are knowledgeable and so willing to help you or get you to a person who can. There is a sense of urgency and panic on their part to get you the answers and right vehicle you need. This is our 4th experience with Finance Mgr. Colin Galvin and Sales Mgr. Nate Ragens since buying our new 2000 Camry Le from Thomas which we still own. Jason Caruthers is our salesperson and his hardworking trustworthy characteristics have sold us 2 cars since February 2015. We trust this team and believe in their products. More
