I shopped around for about a week and could not find a better deal than at Thomas Toyota. A Saturday I had a friend drive me there to check out my 2013 Toyota Camry. It was exactly what I wanted. But somebody had it out on a test drive. We waited, sadly the sales manager came out and gave me the bad news that they had purchased the car I wanted. I've then went home and tried to continue to shop, but found no luck in a better deal. The next day the sales lady, Abbie, give me a wonderful phone call that the previous person that was interested did that end up purchasing the Camry. I went back the next day to get the car. And all of this hassle and stress of the tornado, Abbie and her manager Nate we're extremely understanding in my financials, stress, short notice, well-being, and my well interest. I would highly recommend Thomas Toyota to any friends or family, especially to Abby Kloss. she kept me updated everyday. When I got the car the pressure light was on for the tire and I was so excited I didn't give it any worry figured it just needed to be aired up. A week later I found out there was two screws in the tire I went back to Thomas Toyota figuring they were going to give me the runaround. But I got just the opposite. I called Abby., and even though she was not at work that day she made sure I got taken care of. The Manager Nate was extremely sympathetic and replaced my tire for free with a Michelin tire that I got quoted a $220 somewhere else no questions asked I was in and out of there with a new tire in the matter of minutes! I absolutley love thomas and their staff! Made my last minute car shopping extremely haggle free and very easy! My mom and my cousin both recently got new cars from them also and they loved this place! I wish there was something I can do in return to show my appreciation! More

Best Experience with a Salesperson Ever I left my house that morning to go find a new car, and completely had my mind set on a Chevy Malibu. My aunt convinced me to open up my options and ch I left my house that morning to go find a new car, and completely had my mind set on a Chevy Malibu. My aunt convinced me to open up my options and check out some Toyotas. When we got there, I found a used Malibu and sat in it. Mark came out to assist me and everything changed from there. He convinced me to look at a Camry. I wasn't going for it at first, but he started asking me a bunch of questions about what I was looking for. Eventually, I decided to take one for a test drive . He asked me what color I was looking for and apparently I choose the least common of all. But he ran around that dealership making sure he found one in the color I wanted. I went to test drive the Camry and the Malibu. The Camry was first and I fell in love with it, and completely forgot about the Malibu. Mark was the most energetic, friendliest, most caring salesperson I have ever dealt with. We spent the entire 2 hours laughing and joking, having a great time while dealing with a huge difficult decision. He made the process as smooth and simple as it could be, and his personality made me enjoy every second of it. It was only his 4th day on the sales floor, but I know he is going to be there a long time because he was truly wonderful to have by your side during this process. More

Passed 2 Toyota Dealerships to get to this one! That's right. I could have went to Toyota of Naperville or Toyota of Oakbrook/Westmont. Long story short - I needed something done on my vehicle just That's right. I could have went to Toyota of Naperville or Toyota of Oakbrook/Westmont. Long story short - I needed something done on my vehicle just purchased used. I called for quotes for the exact same service from Toyota of Naperville and Toyota of Westmont. Naperville's quote was $75 more than Thomas Toyota and Westmont quoted $135 more than Thomas Toyota. Owning Toyotas for the past 20 years, I didn't think different dealerships had that wild of swing in prices on the same work. This is ridiculous. So I may have spent about gallon xtra in gas, but it was well worth it. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by a young lady who brought my car in and introduced me to the Service Advisor. Everything was done as requested and with professionalism. I wish they had a bigger waiting room though, but there were plenty of stores to visit while we waited. They did a wonderful job and returned the vehicle in the time allotted. They just gained a new customer from Naperville. More
