We really liked the new no haggle pricing and the no commission atmosphere. Everyone was happy and cooperative with each other rather than competitive. Junior was able to focus on getting us into the car we wanted rather than the car that would get him the biggest commission check. Highly recommend. More

The assurance that you are not overpaying combined with Thomas Toyota's personable staff had me so pleased I actually sat down to write a review for something for once. I had a wonderful saleswoman who efficiently helped me narrow and select the right car for me. But as you can imagine there can be lulls when buying a car. The inevitable waiting was eased by one of the most pleasant managers I've ever met. Im pretty sure his name was Paul but regardless he had my family and I laughing almost instantly and made sure we were taken care of during our time there. I cant say enough about how pleased I am with buying a car from this dealership. Thank you Thomas Toyota! More

I've bought my last 2 Camry's in Naperville, but driving there from Joliet is kind of a pain. I was a little hesitant to go to Thomas but so far, I'm really glad I did. The 4 people I've interacted with so far have been professional and knowledgeable. The salesman, Jose, was particularly good--patient, helpful, informative. I hope I get the same kind of customer service once I have to go in for oil changes and maintenance. More
