They were polite, quick and able to help me find what I was looking for. Buying a minivan was not something I was looking forward to, but with a family of 7, it was bound to happen. Mark Robles made me feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right decision when I choose Thomas Toyota of Joliet. Mark and Holly, the sales consultant in training, worked with me to find the van I was looking for at a price I could afford. Mark went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken care of quickly and that the process was very smooth. In addition to Mark and Holly, Kevin Green, the finance and loan officer I worked with did an excellent job. Kevin was knowledgeable and he worked hard to find the right financing for me. I am more than pleased with the level of expertise and ease with which Kevin worked. He is truly an asset to the Toyota dealership. I would recommend working with this dealership. The only complaint I had was that the people who detailed the van before purchase did not take the time to check hidden compartments. There was a compartment that the previous owner used as an ash tray. The dealership did make it right by offering to have me bring the car in for a deodorizer service. I will bring it in, but I felt that this should have been done before the car was put on the lot as being available for sales. More

Understood what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. My new 2016 Corolla had issues with the Brake Booster which was broken when the car was assembled. I brought it back with 279 miles on it. After a few hours on the phone they were able to switch it out with a brand new one. More
