Within ten minutes we were sitting in the RAV4 that we eventually purchased. It has everything we wanted and we are very pleased with the car. They advertized a low price for service and offered a further service discount if I took a test ride. Since I'm in the market for a new car and my old one needs an oil change it worked well for me. I was greeted by Jose Barrera, Sales Consultant, who spent the next hour showing me the details of the Avalon. He knows his cars and any question he couldn't answer immediately he found the answer for me. I had brief interactions with the Service Manager and the Sales Manager, both were helpful. Thomas Toyota is a "one price" dealership and their price on the Avalon is the best I can find. More
