Kimberly Quintero tried selling me an extended warranty. I kept telling her I didn't want it but she wouldn't let up. I think I knew more about the vehicle than her and the salesman combined. Worst dealership ever. We just went yday and Jon won't tell us the price for Sienna unless we wanna buy ... seriously. Its like I won't tell you if you don't wanna buy. Also, not ready to inform us if there is new Sienna that we like comes in. Its like buy it or leave it. I know hybrid is in demand and you must be selling a lot but customer service should be your top priority. Ken was great though, no questions so 5 star for new comer who just joined. More
I was there to buy a car . I got there at 11:30 and they did not race care me until 5:40 pm 20 min to closing time ; they said they were short staff . I was at the dealership for over 2 and a half hours for an oil change and visual inspection. I was told when booking the oil change that it would be quick. I was also told that Toyota OEM oil would be us an oil change and visual inspection. I was told when booking the oil change that it would be quick. I was also told that Toyota OEM oil would be used, but the service ticket said valvoline. My truck also smelled like reefer when I got it back. I have yet to have a good experience at this dealership. I had not been there in a few years and will likely not be going back. More
