Worst dealership ever. We just went yday and Jon won't tell us the price for Sienna unless we wanna buy ... seriously. Its like I won't tell you if you don't wanna buy. I was at the dealership for over 2 and a half hours for an oil change and visual inspection. I was told when booking the oil change that it would be quick. I was also told that Toyota OEM oil would be us an oil change and visual inspection. I was told when booking the oil change that it would be quick. I was also told that Toyota OEM oil would be used, but the service ticket said valvoline. My truck also smelled like reefer when I got it back. I have yet to have a good experience at this dealership. I had not been there in a few years and will likely not be going back. More
