At this facility, the sales associate (Matt Richards) was very accommodating without any added pressure. From start to finish, the experience was extremely welcoming and honest. This was very much appreciated by myself and my family. The customer service experience was awesome. I really appreciate the effort of not only Matt, but the rest of the associates at this site. I was able to communicate with all levels of management while securing a vehicle and price within my budget. The Perfect Solution for Us! My salesperson Gino R. provided us with great service! My husband and I had searched for 10 months for a low-miles luxury SUV with very specific opti My salesperson Gino R. provided us with great service! My husband and I had searched for 10 months for a low-miles luxury SUV with very specific options. We occasionally found what we were looking for at a good price online, but always more than 1,000 miles away. When we finally found the SUV that we ended-up purchasing at Thomas Toyota, we knew that it was a good price. We drove about 90 miles to see the vehicle, and arrived rather late in the day, but Gino R. was very polite about helping us, and stayed rather late as we completed paperwork. The thing that I especially liked about Gino R. was that he wasn't pushy at all throughout the entire process. We loved the SUV, and wanted to buy it, BUT there was about a nickel-sized set of scratches close to the handle on the driver's side door. It was very noticeable, and we knew that we would have to get it fixed because it would bother us since it was in a spot that would be noticed every time we drove. Gino R. was sensitive to our concern and proposed a couple of options without us having to ask, then checked with management and arranged for the scratch to be repaired at no additional charge. He made us feel completely comfortable. We've looked at many used vehicles in the past, and this was the best experience that we've ever had. An added bonus was that Tom arranged financing that beat the incredible rate we had been pre-approved for at our credit union. He did offer us an extended warranty that we turned down. He was polite about explaining it to us and waiting late on a Saturday night while we considered it. It was a reasonable price, but we hadn't budgeted for it. Overall, we found Thomas Toyota to be the perfect solution for us. They have upfront pricing, that beats the prices at other upfront-price used car sellers, like CarMax and Carvana, BUT we didn't have to pay a non-refundable fee to have the SUV of our choice shipped for us to look at. Thomas Toyota is ahead of the curve for local dealerships with no-haggle pricing, no-commission sales representatives, and an efficient, no-pressure process. Plus, they are an actual dealership with service, etc. We'll definitely be back! More

You pay extra for a certified vehicle and should feel confident that you are purchasing a vehicle that has been "looked over" by a Toyota mechanic. Well, after I didn't receive certification documentation with my sale, I decided to look over the vehicle myself. Many of the checklist items were not completed (old oil, dirty filters, old wiper blades, missing console cup holders, etc). This indicated that NONE of the checklist was accomplished. A call to Toyota USA confirmed that they had no record of the inspection. A formal complaint was filed with Toyota USA and the dealership was supposed to respond to my claim. After several calls and emails (from myself and a Toyota USA rep), I was ultimately ignored by the dealership. You can not trust this dealership. I would look elsewhere to purchase a new or used Toyota. More
