I have purchased and leased many cars from Sal and the team at Romeoville Toyota. They’re all friendly, kind, patient, and outgoing. When I felt like I couldn’t afford a payment for a new Tundra, Sal worked with me to get me to a number I was more than comfortable with. I currently have a leased vehicle that will be up in October, and I look forward to going in and reviewing my options with Sal and his team. I also know that this dealership has helped out a local high school with some fundraisers, and, in turn, allowed two sports teams to purchase new equipment, and the owner, salesmen, and Sal even made personal contributions, as well as a contribution from the dealership itself. I won’t go to another dealership, and I will always turn to Sal for my car needs! If you want to feel comfortable and relaxed, this is the place to go for your vehicle needs! More

Went to a few Toyota dealers in the area and got offers on a 2020 Highlander Hybrid. This dealership had the best price for my trade and the highlander. There was no BS, they gave me their best price right on a 2020 Highlander Hybrid. This dealership had the best price for my trade and the highlander. There was no BS, they gave me their best price right away, no back and forth. Worked directly with Sal and he was awesome. Everyone involved was great to work with, very accommodating. Dealership is also very clean compared to the others. Would not go anywhere else in the future. More
My daughter bought her 1st car from this dealer. The car had hail damage but the dealer assured us it would be no problem to fix it. They had her car for a month and each time we came to pick it up somethin had hail damage but the dealer assured us it would be no problem to fix it. They had her car for a month and each time we came to pick it up something else was wrong or not done correctly. We spoke with mgmt of all levels several times and everyone passed the buck. Months later she took her car fie its 1st oil change and used their customer car wash and the wash damaged her passenger door. So after MONTHS of trying to get this taken care if we finally got the ok and the dealer was having their bodyshop replace the door panel. After another week of her not having her car we just went to pick it up and it is not done correctly so now back to the body shop!! They have no sense of attention to detail and get upset when you point something out. My poor daughter is to a point she hates her car that was btand new and hates this dealer! Buy your car elaewhere where the employees actually care and take pride in customer satisfaction and actually followup with customers instead if customers chasing the employees down trying to get something taken care ot. More
Scam Artists AVOID THIS PLACE!!! In 2018, I went in to look at a Nissan Frontier on their lot that I reviewed online low miles priced right and advertised as havi AVOID THIS PLACE!!! In 2018, I went in to look at a Nissan Frontier on their lot that I reviewed online low miles priced right and advertised as having a clean vehicle history report, this was even printed on the window sticker. They took my keys to value my trade in. I told the salesman what I was looking for to come close to a monthly payment. After an hour, they came back to me with a payment that was way to high. I asked for my keys back as I could see that my payment wasn't going to come down enough. This is when the issues started for me. I was told I could not have my keys back and that I had to keep haggling with them. For the next 3 hours I asked my keys every time they came back higher than what I told them. Finally after 4 hours, they came to a price I could accept. That's 4 hours of being angry and getting the run around, so I wanted out of there. They rushed me to the finance office and told me "i know you have been here a long time, thank you for being patient. Just sign these few sheets and we will get you out of here right away." This was my mistake. A year later my kids have outgrown the truck so I was at another dealer looking at an SUV. That is when the dealer told me there is an issue with my Frontier and that it had a "branded" title. History report they showed me supported that the truck was a manufacturer buyback as a lemon. I took this info back to Romeoville Toyota and talked to the manager Sal Luca. Sal is a real piece of work and told me that he would have no issue selling this truck "all day long" as the manufacturer fixed the issue and resold it. So he stands behind the vehicle and couldn't understand why another dealer offered me only $8k for my truck that I still owed $26k on. THIS PLACE IS A TRAP. AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS. LET THE OTHER REVIEWS SHOW YOU THAT THEY ARE NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. More
Dealership picked up my car for an oil change. Never mind the fact that my car had 0 damage when it left they claimed it had damaged when it got there they don't know how the damage happened. that's fine, no the fact that my car had 0 damage when it left they claimed it had damaged when it got there they don't know how the damage happened. that's fine, no longer about that. They quoted me $1,027 worth of repairs I have a copy of their estimate . I have since visited ttwo mechanics and two separate tire shops, all four places have claimed that I do not need a tire and the two mechanics also wrote me estimates stating that zero repairs were needed to the vehicle they totally tried to scam me More

My car buying experience was stellar, but due to the reasons mentioned above, I would never return to this dealership. Executive management needs to take a closer look at it's day to day operations.
