I highly recommend purchasing new and used vehicles from VW of Kingston and I recommend asking for Tammy. More

Flawless purchase from 230mi away! I am so pleased with the customer service I received! Johnny went above and beyond to get the deal done! We traded in a car for a much larger 3rd row I am so pleased with the customer service I received! Johnny went above and beyond to get the deal done! We traded in a car for a much larger 3rd row SUV. the communication was excellent, everything was done over the phone. From pictures of our car to estimate the trade in value to them working with the banks to get us where we wanted to be for our monthly payment. When we walked in we were greeted nicely and offered refreshments. Once we took a closer look at the vehicle and had a quick test drive all that was left to do was sign the papers. Everything was done so quick and efficiently. Even my husband was shocked at how smooth everything went! It's hard committing to a dealership and a vehicle from 230miles away, but It could not have possibly gone better! More
