Great Experience My girlfriend and I were shopping for a certified Jetta and when we finally visited VW of Kingston after several other VW locations we were happy we f My girlfriend and I were shopping for a certified Jetta and when we finally visited VW of Kingston after several other VW locations we were happy we finally made the trip up there. Tammy instantly greeted us and got right to work understanding what we were looking for and helped us in the most satisfying way possible. Having worked in the automotive dealership environment for 16 years myself for various makes and companies, it was easy to see that Tammy is well experienced. I have seen great and terrible salespeople during my career and she is definitely one of the good ones. She was very product knowledgeable, delivered a great test drive, and knows how to accommodate and work with people professionally. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a VW. Ashley in finance was also a delight to deal with. She wasn't pushy with presenting the extra items they offer during the finance process and was very efficient and professional. George the used car sales manager worked with us on a fair price and was pleasant to deal with. Chris the GSM was nice as well when he greeted us during delivery. As for the dealership facility it seems very fresh and new. Clean friendly atmosphere that is very comfortable. More

Tammy provided help quickly and setup test drives pronto. Arrived 60-miles-later at dealership and Tammy was on point: greeted us outside immediately, had the cars ready (pulled into drive through garage in case of more rain). She was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to do business with! Solid test drives on both back-to-back helped to make my choice. The sales manager, George, was fair on the price. Returned to take delivery of car Mon. and Tammy had it ready, including setup of Car-net and SiriusXM. She reviewed the car's features with me so I was ready to hit the road. Thinking VW?
