We spoke with Nicole Pafundii on the phone We negotiated a price and we arrived to find everything exactly as quoted. There was no games just an honest deal. This had not been our experience at other dealerships in Florida and it was great to see that there are still dealerships and people with integrity We also want to point out that Nicole went over every detail on our Highlander. She took care to make sure everything synced and was working and gave us her phone number and said call if you can’t figure anything out.
