Go to Kingston Nissan and talk to Jack! My wife and I were looking for a good, reliable car this past week, and we very much dreaded the car buying process. My wife had bought a certified pre-owned Ford from a dealership some years ago and it was a huge headache, with a disingenuous salesman. We were worried that this car buying trip would be similar. But as you will see, this review is about the wonderful experience we had at Kingston Nissan, and in particular with our sales expert, John "Jack" Stelcen. We had done research on Kingston Nissan and a few other local dealerships before we even set foot there. As with any large purchase, it is important to do your due diligence, and the reviews for Kingston Nissan were overwhelmingly positive. We decided to head out, and once we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Stelcen. We let him know exactly what we were looking for in a car, and how much we could comfortably put out every month, including the car insurance payment. He assured us that Nissan could finance us at an affordable rate, and that there was definitely something for us on the lot. Now, as professional and personable as Mr. Stelcen is, make no mistake - he is a real straight shooter, which we also appreciated. Over the next couple days, he happily worked with us to help us get exactly what we were looking for at the price range we could agree on. Let me tell you, he helped us find the perfect car at the right price point. When we got home, my wife and I did lots of research on it, read every review, crunched the numbers again, and checked the safety ratings. It was a go! The car was brand new and the perfect color to boot. I am still ecstatic for the experience every time I start it! I also feel this is worth noting - Mr. Stelcen has some Top Salesman awards on his desk, and I believe he has absolutely earned them. I have worked in a couple sales positions, and I can say with confidence that you don't get those by screwing your customers over to make a buck. You just don't get this service anywhere.
