Every Dealership Should Be Run Like Kingston Nissan I just purchased a new car from Kingston Nissan in NY. This was first time dealing with this dealership. They know how to treat a customer. I filled o I just purchased a new car from Kingston Nissan in NY. This was first time dealing with this dealership. They know how to treat a customer. I filled out some info on the internet and this dealership called me right away. My wife and I arrived at the dealership 11 am on a Sunday morning. They greeted us right away. Our salesman Tim Lavella was awesome, he was patient, listen to what we had to say and knew the cars they sold very well. We got a very fair deal and were offered a fair price for our trade in. When we picked up the car Tim was right there to meet us, spent a 1/2 hour taking us through the whole car. He paired my phone and spent a lot of time explaining the navigation system. I ended up leaving some CD's in the car I traded in. Tim mailed them to me the next day. Today I received a phone call from the owner of the dealership. He thanked me for buying the car and said if I ever have a concern to call him directly. I have been buying cars for the last 40 years and this the best dealership I have every dealt with. More
