Disappointed My car was repossessed a few years back. I talk to ally or Alison in the finance department and she told me all I had to to was get a consigner and sh My car was repossessed a few years back. And he told me right away I couldn't get a loan. I asked to speak to ally or Alison to ask her why she told me such a thing, but when I asked to speak to her I was told she wasn't there and also called to speak to her and was told she wasn't in. Waste of time driving all the way from Hyde park to Kingston. More

He has never be We recently visited our local Nissan Dealership in Kingston, New York, in search of an affordable, used pick up truck for my husband. He has never before purchased a foreign vehicle, whether it be a car or a truck but, after considerable looking around, decided to search past a Used Chevy, Ford or Dodge when we experienced first hand how ridiculously expensive the price tags were, even for something 5 years or older. We definitely paid a lot less for our first house back in the 70's! Upon our arrival, Tammy met us outside, inquired into our needs, and immediately led us in the right direction. She was welcoming, friendly, informative, and professional but, above all, she was considerate and far from the normal "pushy" car sales person we have all unpleasantly experienced at some time or another in the past. We had an interest in a particular Certified 2013 Frontier on the lot, but wondered about the additional cost in ordering both a cap and a rolling cargo bed tray from Kingston Caps on the other side of town. Our questions were answered within minutes because Tammy handed us the keys, put on dealer plates, and suggested that the 2 of us drive it off the lot and straight to Kingston Caps during our test drive. By the time we got back, the unknown questions were answered and we knew what the total amount of our overall investment would be - for us, it was a done deal. Within a couple days, the Frontier was sitting in our driveway! Many thanks go to Tammy for her assistance in our making a very pleasant and confident decision of choosing this Nissan over a domestic vehicle. So glad I did the initial deal offered was not going to work because of the amount left on my current lease but they were able to find a really good deal that worked for me. A while back when looking to purchase a new car, a friend of mine recommended that I go into Kingston Nissan and said I would be pleasantly surprised with the experience. Salesperson Desire Williams and her Manager Anthony Defini were so helpful in assisting me and finding the right vehicle that I wanted while explaining all the new features no matter how many times I asked them to explain. They wanted us to know exactly how to use all the new features before we drove off the lot. The excellent way they treat you as a customer is the number one reason I keep coming back and buying a Nissan. The car isn't bad either! More

Robert R helped us look at cars and see what was possible with what we had for a down payment and could afford monthly. He took alot of time to explain rather than push things on us. The finance department was very helpful in getting things done quickly so we could go home the same day with our new car. We went in hoping for a used car and went home with a brand new 2016. Customer service is excellent and everyone has the best personalities. They treat you like family rather than some other dealerships I had checked into first. Wonderful experience and I will send everyone I know there to get a car! More
