I needed a new car for quite some time and kept pushing it off because you hear about the nightmares that dealerships can be. An employee of mine, recently went to Kingston Nissan & raved about his experience. Stating how it was not stressful, he was in and out and loved the staff. Later that week i made an appointment via email with Zach, & he immediately called me back, & his friendly demeanor and patience in answering all my questions via telephone put me at ease. Later that week When I walked in, Robert (salesman) was prompt in greeting me. Offered me breakfast, coffee, tea etc. We sat down & we talked about all my options, asked what I was looking for, my needs-- the list of questions he covered I asked could go on. Everything was done in such a timely manner, we went over finances, & while the numbers were running, we were testing cars. Robert was thorough in taking his time showing me all the new gadgets, always covered my questions and when I found a car I liked, we returned to the office and all my numbers from finance were complete. He was quick to return in giving me new numbers that were worked out during our meeting. In summary, I walked out with a brand new SUV, my anxiety never had the chance to even introduce itself & I was so happy to have went with the recommendation of an employee. Everything was done for me without me having to raise a finger (other than a pen ;) ) well worth the 40 minute drive there instead of risking the plethora of dealerships four miles down my road. & Melissa in finance was an absolute doll. I thank her as well! More

Not only did I have to go through a different way of attaining a car loan, but with a dealership that is reputable along with having a predominantly good customer review. With much research, I discovered Kingston Nissan was worth giving a shot after submitting an online financing application. I received a phone call from a representative saying they can help me.An appointment was then scheduled for 5/10/2016.They were almost 2hrs away.I first met with Joe Conte (sales consultant). He was very pleasant and made me feel welcomed . I really felt he was dealing with me as an individual and not like I was an assembly line of customers. Then I met Richard Greenstein(finance manager), who worked miracles for me. He had many obstacles in his way trying to get me financed with the car of my choice. I don't think I helped much being a little picky. He explained everything thoroughly and worked with honesty and integrity. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything I didn't want. I am ecstatic about my 2014 Honda CR -V. It was even in my favorite color blue. Joe Conte took the extra step to try and hook up my Bluetooth without me even asking. By the way Joe, I figured it out.
