My ONLY problem with this dealership was the signing of the papers, which was finance and NOT Brecken. I signed a pound of papers in less than five minutes, and the finance person said "since we extended your loan we were able to get you a three year warranty" thats EXACTLY the way he said it. I didnt know until a week later it was on my bank that it was an additional $3,000! He didnt tell me! VERY UPSET at that! Have not bought a car for myself in a long time, didnt know about that cost...he should ahve told me!! More

FIRST RATE EXPERIENCE! Although the atmosphere is busy (understandably so) you can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk inside. I had the pleasure of doing business with Gary & Rich Gordon who treated me with nothing less than respect and kindness. Rich was very knowledgeable and thorough when explainig what my options were due to my less than perfect credit score. I didn't feel judged or uncomfortable not for one second during the process. I walked away from the dealership that day feeling hopeful about the possibility of getting my dream car. I followed up with Rich 2 weeks later and drove away in a beautiful silver 2014 Nissan Versa 1.6 SL. Both Gary and Rich made the process quick and painless!! Gary went over all of the cars features with me, set up my Bluetooth and programmed the latest radio stations . . including Oldies but Goodies!! When I drove away my eyes were filled with tears of joy - so I pulled over and had a nice cry then I collected myself, put on my single light and merged info traffic; playing back the whole wonderful experience all the way home.
