Romeo Kia of Kingston I already did! They offered to fix what I was tired of holding onto and was already gone! 9 months I dealt with this!!! I have a screenshot of her reply but am unable to post it here so here is the copy and paste! Carl, our parts manager, was willing to install the new moldings for the dealer you traded it in to so the $1000 you lost on your trade value would not have happened. Again after 9 months they offer to fix it after it was gone! Now silence !!! Avoid ROMEO DEALERSHIPS!

This offer was made after the car was gone meaning the dealer it was traded to already shipped it out! Too little too late and still silence from this dealership. After the sale you are no longer important! Avoid Romeo dealerships!
