I first visited this location with my step-father who was purchasing a new car. I was looking all around trying to find a used car for myself. He was working with Phebe Lino-Downey. From the first visit she was very friendly and outgoing. I explained what price fit into my budget and what I was looking for. She did everything I feel possible to get me just the perfect car. Her boss also helped out in my search for a car. They went well above and beyond to work something out with me. They had a car transported down from one of their other locations. What other place would work so hard to find what I needed in my price range? I don't believe any would because I looked at many other places before I got this awesome service. From this point on I will not be looking anywhere else when a new car is needed for me or my family. Went in to just look at the Kia sportage and never left to go to any other dealerships. Got me into the car I wanted with a price I could afford. Being new to the car buying experience I felt as if I were taken advantage in many ways. I purchased a used vehicle with Phebe as my sales person and was extremely happy with her service. At first I in a way felt pressured into the sale but when that was addressed things got a lot better. Phebe has a great personality and was very helpful in the process to accomodate my lack of time. Chester is a very nice gentleman but should have more knowledge about the cars the dealership are selling. When asked about a certain maintnance that should have been done, in which I asked three different times to make sure, I was shocked when I looked in my car owners manual and saw that he indeed misinformed me. After returning back to the dealership to sign paperwork for the third time I discovered that the loan in which I had a co-signer for was switched around and instead of having me the primary on the vehicle, my co-signer was instead. Upon addressing the dealership about the issue, I was told by Chester that all the paperwork was correct and that I would have to go to the bank and fix it because it was the banks mistake. After going to the bank they showed me the paperwork that was sent over to them which showed the dearlership mistake of having the names switched around on the paperwork that was sent to bank. They said when the dealership was typing the information in the computer that is how they entered it. That was strike number two. In the future I hope good will be made out of this. Other then that he was very helpful and pleasant in the beginning. Lucchia has a great personality and stopped what she was doing the day I purchased my vehicle to thank me as well as congrats to me on my purchase. Ernie from the service department is very nice and addressed all my issues with what the dealership said didnt need to be done and my car was fixed free of charge. I rate the service department 5 out of 5 for the satisfaction I recieved from them all. More
