We are truly grateful to the entire team at Kia of Kingston for making our stressful situation with an abrupt Toyota lease end, turn out so smoothly! Romeo of Kingston handled everything! Down to the last detail....including returning our lease to Toyota. They took care of all the paperwork. We were treated with absolute respect. We are really happy with our purchase of our used Honda CRV. They are true to their word and only sell cars that they personally screen for quality. We are looking forward to doing more business with them in the future and would highly recommend them to any of our friends! And our sales person was awesome! He went above and beyond to help us out of a really tight 2020 kind of a situation, if you know what I mean.... His name is David Boyle. If you want great service, you should ask to talk to him. Just bought a 2021 Kia Seltos from Romeo Kia and my sales associate Ryan Layton was an amazing part of the experience in getting my first new car. I had a fantastic experience at Romeo Kia of Kingston! I traded in my 2017 Forte for a nice new shiny 2020 Forte. The team, especially Bill and Dave, were super nice and helpful. I did not feel pressured to traded in my 2017 Forte for a nice new shiny 2020 Forte. The team, especially Bill and Dave, were super nice and helpful. I did not feel pressured to go with Kia and I made the decision on my own after test driving other cars. I highly recommend Romeo Kia! More

Michael the sales was great and patience. We were there for used 2016 Kia soul, but when we got there, the car was just sold. Since it took us 2 hours to get there, we make the time worth, so we test drove for used 2016 Kia soul, but when we got there, the car was just sold. Since it took us 2 hours to get there, we make the time worth, so we test drove the 2020 Kia soul, and we get to love it. We reached a deal with Mike with the trade in, even after we shook hand, we changed our mind couple hours later for the trade in. Mike was very patience to try to give us a new deal with back and forth texting, and we did reach a new one with even greater deal. So thank you Kia Romeo. The only thing that I kind of disappointed when I get my car delivered, I see the new plate without Kia Romeo frame, so I can show it off that I got it from Kia Romeo. More

I recently traded in a two-year-old Sportage on a lease to a brand new Sportage with the features that I wanted. They worked with me giving me a great deal on a new car while almost zeroing out my two-year-old lease during a recent lease return event. Any other dealer I would be upside down about 5k to finish paying off the three-year lease. I not only received a great price but a great upgraded car. More
