Excellent Experience I've always been very skeptical of dealerships and sales reps, especially after my very horrible experience at Queens Auto Mall in Queens. There was absolutely no pressure and no rush to the bottom line. He patiently took us through 3 test drives of 3 different vehicles. We mentioned that we were comparing Kia with other brands and he allowed us the time and space to do our comparisons. Financing was a breeze as Lucia (General Manager) was very diligent in finding the lowest rate and best financing for us...she was also very accessible, you would never guessed she was in charge of running the place. I love my new (used) Kia Soul. It is a certified used car with low miles and still covers the 100,000 mile warranty which is really what i was looking for. I have had such bad luck with cars breaking down, t with low miles and still covers the 100,000 mile warranty which is really what i was looking for.
