When going back we worked with Marianne and Chris again, they were so nice in helping us find a vehicle and working out a deal that would be impossible to walk away from. I went to 5 different dealerships and met 5 very different salesmen. I went back to Romeo Kia because Bill Martini was a pleasure to work with from the get go. He is very professional and attentive to your needs/wants for a car. He is very honest...if he didn't know an answer to a question, he'd find out from a co-worker instead of giving me a bs reply. He was genuinely invested in me finding a vehicle within my budget. Lucia and Paul, eased my fears as this was my first loan application since a debt consolidation. I didn't walk away with a vehicle that was beyond my means and I got a much lower interest rate than I expected. Although the Soul isn't brand new, the extended warranty I added gives me "brand new" piece of mind. On top of all this professionalism, all the folks at the dealership were super friendly to my one year old son that paced the showroom with toys from a salesperson's office and chewed on Paul's keys while we finalized paperwork. I was met immediately by Dominick Noonan and the process of purchasing a new vehicle from him at this dealership began. Dominick is a true professional, who was attentive to my requests , as well as being able to answer all the questions I asked. However, what impressed me most was that Dominick did exactly what he said he would do from the time I walked in until the time I drove away in my new Kia. I will highly recommend Romeo Kia in the future and will tell them to be sure to see Dominick when they get there. More
